I had several items installed, including a fill valve, supply line, a non-electric bidet, and a new quarter-turn emergency shutoff valve. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to find someone who is punctual, respectful, and takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire DS Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I got 3 quotes for a re-pipe of my house (2 ba, ~1600 sq ft). One was insanely expensive; nearly…read moredouble, so they got thrown out right away. Super Bros was not the cheapest, but very competitive with the lowest quote. There were a few reasons we went with Super Bros. First, they got started on my whole house re-pipe the next week. The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs. This was NOT some group of minimum wage kids subcontracted to do the work. every one of these guys was an experienced and efficient tradesman from what I could tell (admittedly I'm, not a plumber, but you could tell that they were professionals by the quality of their work, their speed, and some of the challenges my house provided that they were able to find workarounds for). You can probably tell that I'd recommend Super Bros for your next plumbing project, but in case there was any question: you should use Super Bros for your next plumbing project. Highly recommend!

Eddie with Eagleview Landscaping is actually how I found Joe with The Plumbing Pros, and I'm so…read moreglad he connected us! After our main water-line repair, our water pressure suddenly became extremely low. Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. What really impressed me was that while he was there, his experience helped him spot a couple of other things I never would have known to look for. He replaced our toilet fill valve and noticed our older plastic toilet water-supply line was already showing its age and could eventually fail or burst. He replaced that with a braided stainless-steel supply line as well. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I'm definitely glad we caught these things when we did! That's why having a seasoned professional you can trust matters. Joe fixed the problem he originally came out for, but he also had the experience to recognize potential problems before they turned into bigger, more expensive ones. He explained what he was seeing, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Joe definitely earned himself a returning customer. The Plumbing Pros is officially going on my "people to call again" list! Rex Pro Tip: Joe leaves you a refrigerator magnet for $25 OFF your next repair, KEEP IT! Put it on the fridge with his number handy. And considering my house is about as prehistoric as I am, I have a feeling Joe and that little magnet may be hearing from this T-Rex again. 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex

That could be due in part to the employees smelling like they had just finished smoking pot, and weren't sure which way was up. Not only that, the stopper in the sink (simple job) that was replaced doesn't work anymore. How can you pay a "professional" plumbing outfit $25,000 to do a job like this and end up with such issues? I can't recommend Mako plumbing and would think twice before calling them. Looking back now, it seems as though they used a "rag-tag" team of people for employees who don't know how to properly do their jobs. Is that because they used their lunch time to get high?
