The food was so delicious and the staff were so nice. The place looks really good both outside and inside.

originally left this place a 5 star review a couple years ago because the food and prices were great. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The last two times I went the pizza was very doughy, greasy and floppy like it was not cooked right and it just did not hold up at all. I also got a bottled Coke both times and they were flat. I checked the bottle code and it looks like it was past the best by date which makes it even worse At this point the quality is not the same as it used to be and I will not be coming back, not sure if they changed ownership but this place just seems lazy no wonder it's always dead when I walk in! read more

Took my family here for dinner on a Tuesday night. Walked in & the place was empty. We were immediately greeted by who I believe to be the owner. She was super nice & very friendly. As it was our first time there, she had us take a seat to review the menu before ordering. They only had 3 plain slices & a half buffalo chicken, half BBQ chicken pizza 'out' so we took the whole pie & 2 plain slices. The slices are larger than usual, which is a plus, so the pie was cut into 6 instead of the standard 8. We also ordered 12 wings with sauce on the side & 2 bubble teas. The plain slice was good & the buffalo chicken slice was great. The BBQ chicken slice however was dry. The wings were delicious as were the bubble teas. I had to try the ice cream as well, because, why not?! Being indecisive, the owner let me taste a few of the flavors before actually ordering & she even made a few suggestions for me. I settled on one scoop mint chip & one scoop strawberry cheesecake. While they both tasted fine - this is where they loose a star. The mint chip had chunks of ice throughout it and the strawberry cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it. Ice I could maybe understand but plastic?! I had taken the ice cream to go so I wasn't able to go back & show the owner what I had found. Overall, Knot Just Pizza is a nice place to stop in at to grab a bite to eat. If opting for ice cream though, be weary. read more

Ordered take out on Christmas Day and was surprised they were even open. I ordered on the slice app and All items were prepared according to the menu's description, chicken wings were big and flavor was good, the pizza was excellent but I wasn't a fan of the garlic bread. I took the garlic bread and toasted it a little longer because the bread was a bit soggy. I didn't dine in but the restaurant looked clean and even had an area where they prepared bubble tea/ ice cream. Will order again read more

Ordered a meat stromboli and a pepperoni calzone. Both items were slightly burnt and greasy. There was little cheese in each item as well. The marinara sauce was ok. The bright spot was the cheesy garlic knots. read more

Amazing pizza, and crazy great garlic knots ! Went with a local and so glad I did so I didn't get just the run of the mill order. Service was okay, though it's definitely take out over staying for a slice. No napkins and a single paper plate (which I could've asked for more but forgot ) and they didn't offer. read more

The "owner" made our order incorrectly, making the incorrect sub because she doesn't know her own menu. I called to rectify the situation, was laughed at and RUDELY told that the meal I've ordered practically weekly for months had items on in that were NEVER on it before. She made the wrong sandwich, and the menu clearly indicates this. she then claimed that was ACTUALLY how it comes on the menu, prompting me to once again look up the menu and prove that she was in fact, wrong. I am never spending another dollar at this establishment, we'll get better food for less money elsewhere. read more

It's a shame but I wasn't able to order anything. No service. Just a QR code to try to see what you want. No one helps you take orders. I was shocked to see no one helps you place your orders. I didn't feel the friendly atmosphere as other mentioned. And unfortunately we weren't able to taste anything. We had a party of 6 and we all ended up leaving. read more

Awesome food and service this is my favorite place in town! I really love the Grandma pie!!!

KJP is by far our favorite pizza spot in the area. The Grandma Pie is my #1 choice, but it's hard to order anything without adding an order of the Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Knots. Crust is incredible and the fresh garlic is killer. You can't go wrong here. read more

I used to work at franks pizza and I thought they had the best food. I wish I could give this place a 0 star for the experiences I've had at this place the past few weeks. You consistently see a manager have passive aggressive behavior, and distasteful attitudes toward other employees. The food was covered in grease, and very over priced. I feel sorry for the counter girls that have to deal with the manager. Hopefully they can reevaluate who is representing their business for a more enjoyable experience... read more

Knot Just Pizza - Usually really great food, pretty disappointed the last time I ordered. Burnt mozzarella sticks. - Pizza Near Me - Hopatcong, New Jersey

When they first took over from Parma John's they were ok. They got better. Now they are getting worse and worse. I don't know what is going on with them. Half of our orders show up with burnt bottoms and not-quite-cooked tops. Today we ordered 2 calzones. One was near perfect, the other was black on the bottom and tasted like charcoal. I decided to call and request a new one. The second one came completely unsealed and when I picked it up the cheese just leaked out all over the place. When I called to complain they claimed the first 2 calzones were in the same oven the same length of time and they make calzones all the time and none of this is problem. The guy on the phone kept interrupting me and never once apologized that I was unhappy with my food even though we WERE regular customers that ordered from them once a week or so. EDIT: someone "PM'd" me (Jess F. who used the "compliment feature" abusively) to tell me "I highly doubt they sent you a calzone that was ripped open seam to seam. Cool your jets Rod." (I suspect an owner or employee). Please look carefully at the picture, see the cheese where the dough should be sealed together? I did not rip it open, I simply lifted the top after attempting to pick up the calzone. I promise you, my jets are cool, I simply want edible food that is not burnt for the hard-earned money I spent. Sorry if that offends you. I didn't even ask for a refund because I liked this place. read more

Got my order delivered and the order was just left outside the door. Nobody rang the doorbell or called. The food was ok. The garlic knots had no garlic it was basically just bread balls in sauce. The chicken cutlet was eh it honestly tasted better heated up in the microwave the next day. Would try again but maybe sit down. read more

Pizza is good...... wings not so much. But the knot cheesesteak is AMAZING!!!!!!. The variety of garlic knots is pretty cool too.

Their food is amazing but they garlic sandwiches are on another level. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken or chicken bacon ranch but you can't go wrong with any of them read more

Knots makes a good pizza. The dough is always fluffy and amazing. The knots are of course delicious. When they first opened, we had an issue with them giving me someone else's pizza instead of my own and instead of delivering the right pizza to both patrons, they had me drive it back and hand it to the woman it belonged to (which, had that been me, I wouldn't have accepted it coming from someone else who had already taken it home). So that was a little weird, but the food is overall good. Last week I did order a margherita pizza and it might be the first one I wasn't too impressed with (photo attached). Pretty sloppy, and the basil was ripped up and minimal. Good flavors but it was soggy. read more

Great Pizza! These guys delivered a pizza to a birthday party I attended in the area recently and I was very impressed with the quality. Their knots were outstanding and the pizza toppings were clearly fresh. The delivery time was also surprisingly quick. Apparently you can order online and include a tip with the order, which is convenient. Some attendees at the party were people who used to live in New Jersey and they couldn't believe how much they'd missed having great NJ pizza after trying it. As someone from northern NJ, I was also very satisfied with their pizza. read more

Speedy delivery, great pizza, and I love the garlic knots. The prices are good too, and they also use the slice app to order online.

Pizzas greasy and heavy, the chicken parm sandwich, bread was soggy, chicken was sliced up in like squares or something. Chicken tasted flavorless with bland sauce. Would only eat if someone had extras and I was starving. Good people good service. Just not my forte. read more

This place is top "knot". Really good sandwiches, pizza and salads! Great new place (:

We needed a new pizza place, found this one on the slice app. Delivery is usually quick and courteous. So far we've only had pizza from there but it's been good every time. Decent amount of toppings, thin chewy and crispy crust, and always hot when delivered. My only real complaint is that we recently tried the margarita pizza and it seems to be jarred pre chopped garlic instead of fresh garlic. Delicious anyway but I would have preferred fresh. read more

Called in knots said 15 mins. Got there at 15 min. Watched them walk to the back and make them. Was told it would be two mins. Waiting 8-9. Asked for a free $2 slice for my wait and forgetting to make it. Refused. Got home and they were under cooked because they rushed. I used to go there 3 times a week. Guess I'll start going back to sals. Any professional owner watching this would gladly give up the $2 for a mess up. $120+ a month lose in business over $2. Sad.. read more
