Premier is BEYOND premium! Wishing I could give 10 stars…read moreout of 5. This nightmare has been the BEST Blessing of the millennium ‼ Trying to find a repair shop on a Holiday, a thousand miles from "Home," being warned NOT to drive my Precious Lincoln by all internet informatics- absolute outlook being gloomy; I woke New Year's Day searching, being told (when I DID find an open shop) that my MKT needed dealership care- I reached out to Premier Automotive Specialists..... My Nightmare immediately turned into a dream come true. Josh was confident that THEY could take great care with my car anything and everything would be just fine. They offered towing if necessary, and (unbelievably) immediate service!!! This Connecticut girl actually got her car started and followed her friend on over to Ooltewah to Little Debbie Parkway and The Best ( most beautiful) Sight of the New Year's ever! I've never seen or experienced anything like THIS place. I felt like I was at a five star hotel. When texted while awaiting diagnosis- I was shocked in two ways.....The severity of and the number of issues, Their access to parts immediately, their ability to remedy each and every malady and malfunction and SAME day service. Practically the entire charging electrical system, belts, brakes, differential servicing, truly too much to mention here. My worries regarding price point quickly addressed, and again my worries just evaporated. These folks really did a weeks worth of work on my Precious Lincoln MKT in a SINGLE DAY‼. I've found MY favorite, MY Premier place of choice for any and all car care needs. Josh and Mike along with the entire team of experts were 100% over and above EVERY hope or expectation. The price points? Amazing- now, if only I could manage to find the right words to describe the Good Will, or Great work this miracle team performed for me today......the Peace of mind that comes with their thorough safety inspection alone is priceless. Their communication along every step of the way was unlike any other ever. No regrets-this entire experience actually such a GREAT surprise-I never thought this horrible start would bring me such happiness. Thank them for me (again) and your Welcome, in advance for this honest and true recommendation!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not bring your car here…read more The people that work at this location WILL scam you. They towed my car from a Firestone so they could "save me money" on a repair. They quoted me about $300 less all said and done. I told them full-well that I did not want to spend more than $2000 on my car. Over that point, my car is not worth putting more money into in my mind. AFTER the drive shaft was completed, they did a test drive and noticed that the engine mounts were bad. That would be an additional $3500. They explained it was very important that they complete the service because it could cause the drive shaft to fall apart again -- what was just fixed. Also, I had a team member say my car was worth way more than what it was actually worth in attempt to get me to approve the second job plus the scare tactics. They say they offer courtesy cars too, but there were none for us to use for 4 days either. Fast-forward to a week later since dropping it off, the manager ended up giving us a $150 credit. Complete BS. We explained that the initial inspection needed to be done. This way we could be quoted the end cost accurately. They said there is no way to know the engine mounts are bad without test driving it. In the video they showed of my engine bouncing, my car was stationary. Really? Absolutely no way it can be seen? Mind you, in a Google overview: "Yes, failing engine mounts on a 2012 Mercedes C300 can often be identified visually or through a stationary bay test without a test drive. A bad driveshaft affects the driveline while moving, but it does not prevent you from inspecting or testing the engine mounts while the car is parked." Can't make this up. There are several methods to check the engine mounts without a test drive. My car still sounds like shit, too. Waste of $5,500. Don't be fooled by the niceness you hear in your initial call.
