I could see the radiator had lost some and it had sprayed quite a bit on the engine. I could not locate the actual leak. The company I work for called JB's Repair Service. WhenJustin showed up he found the leak almost instantly. He repaired it quickly and answered all my questions It was obvious he knew what he was doing. I told my boss what a great job he did. Damon arrived and repaired the connection on the K40 starter relay on a vintage Mercedes SLK 230 and then installed the starter. It was late and we gave him the option to put the repair off until the next day and he insisted he wanted to get us back on the road as soon as possible. There's a certain joy and thankfulness when you're only means of transportation is returned to service giving you the freedom to roam! Highly recommended!

From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed. I was initially quoted an exorbitant amount down in Florida to fix it and so I am very happy that I was able to find a shop with honest and reliable mechanics!! He's a liar steals from the company and just plainly doesn't care about the business. And of course the owner doesn't give 2 s**ts about what's going on cause he doesn't like confrontation. What a loser of a business owner. The manager acts like he is a engine builder which he is not he puts used parts back in the engine and then blames the work on the employees. He's done 2 customer vehicles this way and the owner of the company does nothing about it. The business should be shut down very poorly management. Got one guy there who has no mechanic experience makes him diagnose vehicles and allows him to "fix" them only for the vehicles to come back and the manager blames the mistakes on the other employees. Very sad to see a owner let his business being ran by someone who has no clue on how to run a business. I will make sure that Brian green will never be a manager any where in this state he's nothing but a liar and a thief.
