What a shame that this is only my first time here. Being quite used to sticking within the HK island, it's a special trip to Mongkok during Easter to try out the coffee recommended by my colleague.
With the direct relationship made with the S. America farmer, the source of the coffee beans was actually tracible, and therefore the quality and standard of the coffee could be strictly controlled and maintained. When I closed my eyes and thought about this, a Hongkie venturing to South America.... there must be a lot of hand shaking and business talks with the local farmers, coffee bean hunting and site visits.....there must be a lot of hardwork long before this latte was created...So before I sip the coffee, I already wanted to give a salute to Knockbox.
And by reading from the blackboard hangin on the wall, there a different themed coffee classes on Monday to Thursday, and a coffee tasting / get-together on every Friday. This little shop is not only a coffee shop , but here are a lot of throughts and enthusiasm in it.
And in fact, the coffee is the best that I've tried recently. (I just know afterwards that the shop roasts the coffee beans themselves, and all the beans are only stored for less than a month to ensure freshness, how nice!) read more
