This was probably one of the juiciest, tender fat cuts of meat I desperately needed. No premarinating needed, it absorbed the seasoning perfect in each succulent morsel. They have all kind of awesome meats, soups, gravies, deli foods, etc. After I asked one of the workers about a ham bone, the butcher walked over and suggested using a ham shank.
