We lived in the nightmare for 4 months, then they keep $1425 of our deposit to pay for the parking fee that was added by the HOA. We would have NEVER rented this home had we been told that we couldn't park in the driveway or even the public street! What??? We had to hire an attorney to write letters on our behalf. We are filing in Small Claims Court for harassment that we received on a daily basis from the neighbors, HOA and this horrible Property Management Company. See you in Court!!!
