To describe the experience of working with Aaron Pontius, you need to see the movie "Jerry Macguire." Among the famous lines it contributed to cinematic history (i.e. "You had me at hello," "You complete me") was one tearfully delivered by Rod Tidwell, an athlete who owed his success to: "Jerry Maguire, my agent. You're my ambassador of Kwan." I never fully understood that line until I worked with Aaron.     Aaron is more than an agent, he's your ambassador of Kwan. He embodies integrity, decency, professionalism, broad expertise, and human kindness. Aaron saw us through a four-year odyssey to find a home we could love as much as the one that we had to leave. When the deal was made, he steadied us during a four month-long wait for closing day delayed by an uncooperative tenant who wouldn't move out. Then, he helped us accomplish a whirlwind of repair projects at our new home, to ready it for move-in. After that, he masterfully managed the sale of our prior home during the stormy, windy fall and winter months as high interest rates stubbornly hung on.
