My husband had joked, I went in to see if they had swords. (My knight in banged up armour, loves swords) and they didn't have any. Why wouldn't a place called Knights not have swords? He has a point. A nice looking guy came out and checked my chair, with magnet, import to know if metal can be welded. They took the chair in, done in ten minutes! I kid you not. I was happy my husband didn't have to drag me around like the cave man times. Hey they had some really nice art like things there too. (Thinking Christmas)

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

There were other miscellaneous repairs/projects that he completed at my home. I've had a major problem with birds constantly building a nest on top of my stucco post in front of my front door. He custom built a metal netting, painted it, and installed it on top of the post to deter the birds from building any more nests. It was awesome! Brad is someone who can custom build or repair almost anything. He's meticulous, always aiming for perfection, and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. Also they went above and beyond. As they were packing up I asked if I could get a hand holding a shelf I made up while I attach it to the wall in my mud room.
