I called them on a Tuesday afternoon. Niki answered and said that their tech Francisco could be out the following afternoon to diagnose the problem. He arrived slightly early which is good! He saw that it was a problem with the damper sticking open plus while was there, he adjusted our left hand door that wasn't closing correctly too. Which was great. So, Niki called on Friday to say our parts were in and Francisco could be out on Monday to replace the damper. So! Over the course of 6 days, Dependable Appliance took care of our refrigerator problems. Thanks Dependable!

Literally a dream to work with and will be using them for any project we can!

I did question their lack of supplies and equipment for a deep clean. No answer. They used our vacuum. We returned hime at 4 and we weren't sure what they had done. The carpets had been cleaned prior to them coming so that didn't need to be done. Only the bedrooms had carpeting. The house didn't look clean, didn't smell like it had been cleaned, and there was so much left to do! I suggested they eat bkfst before coming the next day. i wasn't paying for over an hour lunch. The next day was more of the same...not much got done that I could see. One woman sat on the edge of the tub and cleaned one blind at a time...it took her 30 minutes to do one window. I was clearly disappointed. She asked for more money as our house was bigger than what she thought. I honestly don't know what they did. I finally just asked them to go at 4 pm. 800.00 ...for what? We were so exhausted from our move...I couldn't imagine cleaning this house. I was still cleaning when our furniture showed up from out of state. I wouldn't hire these people (there were 3) and the owner was one of them. If I hadn't been so tired, I probably would have fired them after the first day and taken them to small claims court.
