He arrived a couple of weeks later with his equipment,as agreed, and got right to work cutting lumber to make forms to shape the repair. He took the time to help me choose the right shingle color and even showed me photos of homes his company had completed using the colors we were considering. Those real-world examples were much more helpful than the manufacturer's online visualization tool and made the decision much easier. Rob and his crew were professional, thorough, and extremely efficient. The roof was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the cleanup afterward was outstanding. When they finished, the property was spotless. One thing that really impressed me was their integrity. After the old roof was stripped, an improperly flashed chimney-to-roof connection installed by the original builder was discovered. Rob brought the issue to my attention and corrected it at no additional cost because he wanted the job done the right way. That level of honesty and commitment to quality is hard to find. I highly recommend Rob and the team at Noreaster Roofing. They deliver excellent workmanship, stand behind their work, and truly care about customer satisfaction. My home is 105 years old and roughly the size of two standard Capes, so I knew this wasn't going to be a small or inexpensive job. I'm not one to make decisions lightly. I contacted four different roofing companies. One took over three weeks to get back to me with a quote, and only after I followed up. Not a good sign. The other companies responded promptly, with pricing in a similar range. But Nor'Easter Roofing immediately set themselves apart. From the very first interaction, Rob (the owner) took the time to explain the insurance process to me in detail. If you've ever dealt with homeowners insurance, you know how complicated things can get (especially with depreciation and recoverable amounts). Rob patiently walked me through all of it. He didn't just quote the job, he acted like a partner in the process! The job itself took two full days, and the crew was nothing short of outstanding. They showed up at 7 a.m. sharp and worked tirelessly until 7 p.m. both days. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail blew me away. These guys worked their asses off and it shows. The finished roof gave my historic home a brand-new look. It's honestly the best-looking roof on the street - hands down. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Nor'Easter again. Rob is deeply knowledgeable, detail-oriented (as picky as I am!), and committed to doing things right the first time. That kind of one-on-one service is rare and it's what makes Nor'Easter exceptional. Oh, and the cleanup was immaculate! You'd never know they were here! If you're looking for quality, integrity, and craftsmanship then you need look no further. This is the roofing company you want.

The pricing was fair, they showed up when they said they would, Vlad answered all my calls/texts - I was never left with that feeling with other contractors like I'm wasting their time. The wood floors they sanded and refinished look absolutely incredible. People who saw the before and after cannot believe it. They also installed a new wood floor in one room. Vlad tried to help me save money, making recommendations for products that would be less expensive to install, but he respected my decision when I wanted to go with something (the new floor material) that was more expensive. I will definitely be using them again. The crew could not have been nicer.
