This is the best nail spa around. Every single one of them do an excellent job and care so much about what they do and what we want. Anna is my favorite girl! She is so kind, makes me feel the most ultimate relaxation and always makes wonderful conversation with me. She pays such close attention to all of her regular customers and new ones too, and always remembers exactly what shape to make my nails, etc. I usually fall asleep in the pedicure chair because she relaxes me entirely. Came here on a Monday to find that they are currently closed on Mondays Returned on a Wednesday and got a powder dip. I play piano, so my nails have to be short. Jason was very attentive to detail and made sure to make my nails look as natural as possible. With short nails, sometimes folks get annoyed at you, but he didn't say anything and was more concerned with doing a good job. My nails feel strong & look just like a gel mani; they don't have that inch thick weirdness on top at all because he made sure to file them down properly. The store looks good that's why I went here. One of the girl there was extremely rude. I asked for a specific style and they couldn't make it because they don't have the colors. Then I asked if they can put on some design on the nail and I asked for the design pictures that they can do because they can't do a lot of colors and the design. Then the girl started yelling at me and being really mean, and left the desk and not showing up again. Maybe I was not lucky, but I don't think that's a way to treat your customer. Worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS TRASH HEAP. My Mother and I popped in for regular manicures. After waiting an hour and enduring one girl who came after us being seated before us, the real trouble began. A guy working there was consistently on the phone and paying no attention to what he was doing. He took DIRTY UNSANITARY tools from another station and jabbed at my mom's cuticles whilst taking appointments. If that's not bad enough, when she said, "Please don't hurt me" (she's 70), rather than get off the phone and apologize, he started yelling and refused to do her nails. He did not understand the English explanation, and he wasn't merely rude: he was hostile. I stood up from the quite frankly rude lady filing mine and said, "This is ridiculous. I'm leaving. I am also writing a HORRIBLE review on Yelp." I don't write reviews at all and certainly have never written a negative review before this incident. I made an appointment with Jason but was sent to someone else. They didn't have any of the colors I wanted in gel or powder which has never happened at any other nail salon I've been to. I wanted coffin shaped and barely got that. They didn't have foil for the design. The wrong gel powder was put on my nails. The lady that did my pedicure cut my nail deep and now it really hurts. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. This was was super clean!!!! The staff was very friendly and fun. The wait time was nothing I came on a Sunday and it was super bowl weekend. Lisa did my pedicure and I loved that I wss able to sit back and let me nails soak and not have 2 people working on me at the same time it. I loved the hand held leg massager that she used. The worst experience ever! I decided to try this place because one of my customers recommended them to me. I got a fill in and pedicure and they both were absolutely horrible! The girl that did my pedicure cut me several times, barely touched my cuticles, only scrubbed my heels and didn't do the rest of my feet. Polish was left all over the tips on my toes but missed on the sides of the nail and nail bed. I literally had to go home refile my feet and completely repaint my toes. For my fill, my nails were left so sharp I ended up scratching on of my own customers and had to file them down myself as well. I came in with a design in mind and instead of them just telling me they couldn't do it they wasted a half hour of time that I did not have. I honestly did not like what I ended up with. He also cut me with the drill and then said "uggghh your skin is so dry!" I replied " I'm a hairstylist! There's nothing I can do about that." So pretty much he was blaming me for putting the drill on my skin. The next day when I called to try to get my money back due to how upset I was, the owner kept insisting me to come get it fixed when in all reality I did not have time to go back and waste another 2 1/2 hours to be dissatisfied again. I simply told him I wanted my money and he said "well I'll have to see because I lose 30% since you paid with a card" I replied "honestly that is not my concern I just want my money back" he said "don't you know how to do math, I lose 30%......" At that point I completely lost my cool and told him how disrespectful and rude he was. Obviously these people are horrible at customer service and I don't recommend anyone going here. I've been in customer service for more than 10 years and I have seen some people with bad customer service but he won his way right to the very top! read more

I am extremely disappointed in the service recently provided to someone I recommended to this salon. First after waiting over an hour for her requested technician, she was pushed off to someone CLEARLY learning based on the quality provided and the tears in her skin. After coming home to show me what happened, I explained they'd recently lost several technicians, that she should have stood her ground on who to see. She provided feedback in a review relating to the technician who hurt her and left her with a terrible result. She went back wanting to give the salon another chance but was only going to use my suggested technician this time. The owner completely refused her service all together! What this owner does not know is how many of their customers refer each other, are related, or are connected in one way or another. Word of mouth is the best or in this case, worst marketing tool around. I'm not sure what turmoil sparked their recent loss in excellent staff, but their business appears to also be leaving. Understand, when a customer has a bad experience at your business, how you fix their experience with you states volumes about your integrity. read more

After waiting 45min when the man said "I'll get you in 10min" the experience my girlfriend had was horrible. The man who said he'd take care of her not only had us waiting an extra half an hour on a non-busy Monday, but then decided to send her to a new worker (it was obviously her first day and she was inexperienced and unsupervised). After being sent to the new woman, she proceeded to take an hour and a half to do her nails. Not only did she take extremely long, she completely cut up her nails and each nail was set crooked. After this ridiculous experience she was then expected to pay in-full for the beyond unsatisfactory experience we had. Time to look for a new nail salon! read more

I made 2 appointments, first ones in the morning when they opened at 9:30am last friday. I told them I made the appointments online but they said it doesn't work properly so they had no documentation of my appointments. Regardless, they took my sister & I back to get our pedicures done but only 2 employees were there; the owner & one other employee. I had the owner who got up about 10 times to greet people that came in. He also was on his phone calling his employees to come in & making multiple phone calls during my pedicure which was not relaxing one bit. My pedicure ended up taking an hour, not because of the pedicure itself but because of him constantly stopping to do other things. My sister soaked her feet for a whole hour before another employee showed up to start hers. The other employees were asking what shape the customers wanted their nails & if they wanted them cut, the owner failed to do this for me. When he did my gel manicure, he rushed through it due to his next scheduled appointment arriving. One week later and my gel pedicure has been coming off for a couple days already. I am very disappointed especially because the owner kept repeating that they are the best in the valley. He kept saying "next time this won't happen" but there will not be a next time because of the first impression I had. read more

Hands down the highest quality nail job I've ever had done. I don't live in the area but I will make sure to visit whenever my nails are due to be redone so that I can get them done here. All of the nail techs were very friendly knowledgeable and experienced. I originally chose a color that my tech eventually told me she thought would be too light. I used to love this place but they never hold true to your appointment time. They are more concerned with squeezing people in than tending to their appointments first. I almost never get taken straight back when I show up on time for my appointment. I find myself waiting 45min- an hour every time. The final straw for me was when they seated me almost two hours after my appointment. When I tried to kindly tell them how frustrating it was waiting and that people don't have four hours to sit in a nail salon which is why they make appointments the nail tech started insulting me and telling me how I must have never had to work for my money and and how it must be nice to not have to worry about anything being in high school...I was absolutely appalled at how ignorant he was being when they were the ones who were constantly making the mistakes and I was trying to be so polite when I was expressing my frustrations. When I corrected him and told him that I am actually a school teacher, a single mom, and landscape on the side and work my ass off to take care of my family he continued to insult me. I wish I would have walked out with my unfinished nails right then and there. I never went back and never will. read more
