We had just had bad flooding in Big Bear with a snowstorm that followed and everyone I called was telling me they'd be two weeks out! Phil called me back about 5:30, told me he'd just got up the hill but could still come over that same day! I had to pick up my daughter from practice and wasn't able to meet him until 6:30 and he still said that was no problem. So, standing in the dark, while it was snowing he checked out my electrical box, identified the issue, and fixed it. While he was there my tenants asked him to check out a couple of the electrical outlets to make sure they were wired correctly, which he did as well.
