While substitutions were communicated to the customer who placed the order, the final arrangement looked very different from what was advertised online. What was most frustrating was the owner's response. He stated that he could not guarantee the flowers would last longer than 24 hours and refused to provide a replacement, redelivery, or refund despite the poor condition of the arrangement. In my opinion, charging customers for flowers that are already failing and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for floral arrangements in the Thornton area. Knowingly selling bad quality flowers and stealing your money is bad business practice.

We were grateful to find a florist to help us send a much-needed smile across the miles to our beautiful friend. I sent a message via their website to share a few things about my friend. I shared that she was going through a tough time and I wanted to send something to cheer her up. I didn't want it to be crazy, but I wanted it to be very thoughtful. I shared how much she loves nature, bright colors, and eucalyptus. The next day I got pictures of an arrangement that was better than anything I could ever imagine! Although it was a little more than I was planning to spend, it was worth every penny. This special delivery truly wowed and I am forever grateful. "They really are the most beautiful flowers I've ever gotten. They made my day so much brighter." - Recipient Happy we were able to do just that. Thank you, Hanna! Absolutely loved your impeccable attention to detail.

From weddings to events - and everything in between - they create the most gorgeous arrangements! For the shower, I envisioned a tablescape bursting with spring coral, blue, & white hues. Bee & Pollen translated that vision into reality. The two mid-size arrangements were showstoppers, with a stunning selection of roses, bluebells, fresh fruit, and so much more. The floral compliments from our guests flowed freely (one guest liked the arrangements so much she tried to take one home)! Needless to say, the flowers were drop-dead gorgeous and none of us could get over them. They set the tone for an extravagant brunch. Bee & Pollen's professionalism extended to delivery. Both arrangements arrived promptly (with delivery from owner Kendall) at Le Bilboquet on the day of the shower, looking fresh & perfect. For floral needs, Bee & Pollen is a sure bet. They'll transform your vision into unforgettable blooms!
