That is why I find the decision to simply decline the work somewhat surprising. Rather than discussing my concern and allowing the overall experience to play out, you have chosen not to even consider moving forward with the project. From a customer's perspective, declining work because someone questioned a fee and expressed an opinion about it does not come across as particularly professional. We purchased a new car trailer for $2,900 from this company. The price was good; however, in order…read moreto be able to use the trailer we had to spend an additional $200 to modify the ramps. The way the ramps were made, they had to be turned around after removing them from the slots which was a heavy and cumbersome process. In addition, the ramps had sharp edges which could have easily punctured a car tire. We had to have the ramps modified so when we slide them out we do not have to turn them around to mount them, plus the sharp edges had to be ground down. In addition, there was bare metal under the trailer (top deck and frame were painted but underneath was bare metal) so it needed to be sealed and undercoated. Overall other than the modifications we had to make, we are happy with the trailer.
