I spent 180.00 and got nothing for it. The technician charged me 129.00 for a diagnosis that was totally wrong. I even brought the parts for the repair for nothing as the old parts were good and he just doesnt know how to diagnos.Thed technician had an attitude like he hates his job, or he doesn't want gto be bothered. When you call SEARS you get AI because they don't want to talk to you, NO MATTER WHAT! Sears was horrible, the tech was horrible the serviice was horrible. Then he said it would cost me an additional 600.00 to repair the unit and he wanted the money upfront. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I would give them no stars if I could. I ended up fixing it myself for 150.00 and SEARS was going to charge me 250.00 for the same part and 350.00 for labor. I called Frigidare (they are awesome) and the repair clinic knew just what to do. No wonder Sears is out of business. Bottom line Don't even bother with sears. Go to the repair clinic. Sorry Sears but your appliance repair is going the same way your store went. OUT OF BUSSINESS.

Let me re-emphasize, I am a homeowner and not a contractor. I was told a universal control board would work and I took it back to the house and found the wiring change-over for the universal board was too much to deal with. I eventually went online and found the exact replacement board and had the furnace going within 15 minutes. Talked with several people at Cardinal Supply Inc / Century Pipe & Supply Co Inc at Auburn and Valpraiso and was told they do not tack back electronic parts. I didn't notice it on the bill and I never noticed it posted in the store. I did go to their website and there's nothing stating they don't take back those parts. When I tried to explain to their manager Dennis that the people that sold me the parts I bought online, would accept returns. He told me then to take my business there... Thanks guys! I have been using Wash Works for years. Today was the worst. I was there in the afternoon to do a…read moreload of laundry. No worker was there. I sat and talked to the many people who were there keeping a social distance. After everyone left a worker (She was short and overweight) returned from a pick-up from the mills. I was watching TV waiting for my clothes to dry. She started saying something I could not understand. I walked over, keeping my distance, to hear better. She said I had to wait in my car to protect the other customers. I looked around and saw no one. I told her that no one but myself was there. She said it was a rule. The sign on the door used the word "ask" not "rule" about waiting outside. This is voluntary. I would have waited outside if there were more people than just me. She said I still need to go outside. She at this point, not wearing any PPE, came closer to me saying I had to go outside. I told her twice that if any other person entered, I would leave. She still harassed me about going outside. I sat down to watch TV. One of the people that was there returned. I left and stood by my car. I talked to some people who were sitting in a car. The person left and I re-entered Wash Works to gather my clothes. Right away she started to harass me again about going outside while I removed my clothes from the dryer. I told her I was leaving, yet she continued to harass me about being outside. Again she did not keep her distance while she continued to harass me. I ask 4 time to stop harassing me to no effect. She still harassed me. I started yelling to stop harassing me, again with no effect. The rule given by the President, CDC and many other government agencies is to keep a social distance. Yet this woman refused to follow this rule. Yet I was wrong for watching TV by myself. I will not return to this business any longer if this is the way a loyal customer is treated.

I had a team come out before Ryan, that I had never seen before. They did a poor job, which is unusual, and I had to call again; this time requesting Ryan. He spent two hours, working to unclog this main sewer in my very, cold basement. He takes the time and works tirelessly. He is a nice and polite person.
