We were greeted and given a tour of the office by the lovely front desk personnel, she even gave my kiddos welcome bags with goodies! When we were called back to be seen by the amazing Miss Alicia, she took great care of us! Miss Alicia was awesome at making us feel comfortable and she focused on providing excellent dental hygiene care for both my children (age 8 and 11). Dr. Peiffer comes with 17 years of experience which was another source of confidence that I was in great hands and had chosen the right dentist office for my family! When I first met the Oral Surgeon, he was really nice & seemed like we hit it off. About a few months later when I was there for my surgery, it was like I the surgeon was a different person, very cold. I got to go through the experience of being interrogated of why there even after providing multiple valid reasons why I chose for me surgery to take place there. While none suited his outlook, he reluctantly performed the surgery. Only reason I didn't run was the anesthesiologist was kind & nice (even calling a day after to check in on me). The flip side of the office staff, no one would give their name when I would call. Really got the feeling they were more cold than the surgeon himself.

She is very nice (maybe even too nice) and she always makes sure that everything is just the way it needs to be. I really like her sidekick Dixie too. She's also very nice and engaging. The gals at the front desk are a lot of fun too and I always look forward to seeing them. My husband and I used to live right around the corner from the office, but we moved about a half an hour away five years ago. As long as the individuals that I just listed are still there I will keep returning.
