John and Jonathon or Jon squared as I like to call them, were super helpful in taking me out of a terrible situation. When I bought my used GE stove I was troubleshooting an issue with the igniter circuit which snowballed into a bigger problem when I bent the two front orifices. On eBay I was looking at paying over 70 dollars for the two and would have to wait over a week for the parts. I called them up and without hesitation they ordered the parts for me, no payment required over the phone. I ordered the parts on Tuesday. They received them on Thursday. 50 dollars for both orifices (cheaper than eBay). Had them installed within the hour and my wife couldn't have been happier. In person at the store both were very helpful and positive about any questions I asked, even when posed with unrelated questions such as "what's good to eat around here" lol. If you have appliance needs, parts, service, questions, a friendly person to cheer up your day with some quick banter, these are the guys to call. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. They almost made me glad to have broken my stove, just because I was blessed with the opportunity of meeting such nice people, running an honest business and to get to experience such great customer service. After doing some research online and following some troubleshooting guides, determined that we needed a Water Pressure Sensor. It seems it was not uncommon for this part to fail and the replacement process was simple and straight foward. Called a few other appliance parts stores, no one had the part in stock. Appliance Parts Company had the part in stock at fair price and put the part on hold for me to pick up. Nothing fancy about the location, none needed for appliance parts store. Friendly staff. I have added them to my contact list for future reference if I ever need appliance parts again in the future. Got home popped the part in and was up and running in no time. Now just have to deal with cleaning up the water and drying the carpet in the family room, but at least I can wash and dry towels to soak up more water and repeat. ;)

I needed to get two fire extinguishers serviced and certified so I was looking around. Called a few spots until I came to Nickell. They transferred me to the tech Jose and I left a message and he got back to me promptly. He said they could come out in two days to do it or I can bring it in, so I decided to bring it in for faster service. Jose was clear and explained everything over the phone. When I got to the shop the great customer service kept on continuing. I was greeted as I walked in, filled out the paperwork and David picked up the extinguishers within minutes. As I sat there, I talked to the staff for about ten minutes, then David comes back and walks both extinguishers out to my car for me. I parked maybe about 200 feet away and the extinguishers were not light. Overall best customer service I got all year and I'd recommend EVERYONE to send them your business. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the pricing are very affordable too.

We recently bought sidings from this company to repair a minor damages due to a fire in our home…read more Being distressed with our situation along with anxiousness to fix our home, we went to the Campbell location first thing Monday morning to match our siding so we can comply with our HOA standard. We brought a sample of our siding to match it and the person helping us assured us it was the same and so we purchased the 30 pieces we needed. We loaded and brought home the wood only to find it was not the same exact size. We called back to try to rectify the issue but the person we spoke with was not very helpful and told us that was the only size they had and we have to pay a restocking fee if we requested to return the materials purchased. Needless to say our hands were tied and our contractor had to spend extra time to modify the sidings.
