ONLY after the salon owner saw the Google review did she send me a text- on September 5. "I was told by the salon owner....." She says that the reason for not getting back to me were family issues. So which is it? Family issues or the client is the problem? Like I said, IT IS ONLY HAIR! No big deal. But treat people right and be honest!

The first time, I saw Rashel as a walk-in for a quick trim. She fit me in, was super nice and did a good job. The second time, today, I saw Janell for a haircut and she did great! She was very accomodating in fitting me in when I called earlier this week and I walked out of there feeling like a new woman. And the salon itself is so quaint, kind of modern, kind of chic, very welcoming. I dislike salons that are sooo modern/chic that it's intimidating and make you feel like you don't belong there. Alexia did my hair and I showed her a picture of the Balayage I wanted. I told her my hair already had dark color, so she sat me in her chair and started my hair process. After she was done with the color she had me sit under the dryer for almost an hour, 52 minutes to be exact. I kept checking it myself with my own mirror and it started to look orange and it already looked very damaged. I asked her if my hair was ready to be washed and she said "another 10 minutes".
