Horrible customer service arrived 3 minutes after "appointment" slot to be told I was too late and that they had no time (some lady with a facemask). Second time this happens in a month, never returning will take business elsewhere. read more

My haircut normally takes 5 minutes at every Supercuts I go to since I tend to get a number 2 all around. I showed up 9 minutes late to my appointment due to unforeseen traffic and explained what I normally get and how long it takes. They refused service because there was a 20 minute block and thought a buzzer cut would take a long time. Here's the kicker. When I checked in, the lady at the desk was arguing with a customer in front of me over what time he had booked his appointment. I then got up, and tried to explain my situation, and that my haircut never takes much time. The lady at the desk then said something along the lines of, "your haircut might take 10 minutes but you're now 11 minutes late" while 2 minutes were spent waiting in line and then trying to explain my haircut. It felt like she took a jab at me with that comment even though she knew I wasn't walking in 11 minutes late. It's a very minor detail, but just had me scratching my head. To add insult to injury, I ended up going to another Supercuts, and sure enough, I was in an out within 10 minutes. I should not have shown up late, but I'm upset at the unwillingness to listen to the circumstances and reasoning. They could have fit me in without any impacts to their schedule. read more

they are great at what they do. They are understaffed but still doe a great job when you can get in. Never had a bad hair cut there.

I personally am very content and love my haircut! Griselda was my hairstylist and she did amazing! I let her know what I wanted for my long hair and she did an amazing job! I would and will continue going to her! The price is super decent for a haircut, which I love because I love leaving a good tip for someone that does an amazing job. She was also the only one handling the salon, so I give her big props for that. read more

Veronica cut my hair from just below my shoulders, to a messy bob that ended at my chin. She did a fantastic job and I love it! It was a busy Sunday, but I was one of the first customers in line that day and she took her time to talk with me and make sure the length was going to be right for me. Veronica goes above and beyond, she is easy to talk to (and I'm super awkward) and her skills are top notch. I will be going back to her for color. Thanks Veronica! I love my short hair! Make sure if you come on a weekend, to call ahead! Lines get LONG! It's no problem if you come early, but don't expect to roll on in at 12pm on a Saturday and be seen for a cut pronto. read more

Supercuts is just not that super - they're mediocre at best. But if you make a reservation, they usually keep you waiting only a few minutes. Until yesterday. Made the reservation in Watsonville and as usually was told "you might have to wait a few minutes." Got there a few minutes early. The one cutter was coloring and there were folks waiting. "There's four ahead of you," said the coloring cutter." "Doesn't anyone else work here?" said I. "I don't know where my co-worker is," said she. "You lost a good customer," said I. read more

One of the best haircuts I ever had not just the quality, but the hair stylist Lorena was very meticulous and detailed when she cut it. I did not realize Watsonville had a Supercuts, the inside is very cozy and modern. The atmosphere was very inviting and satisfying I am happy I found a salon that makes me feel good while making my hair look great. read more

Called in to see if they where busy. Griselda answered and said they where free, so I swooped by. Griselda happened to also cut my hair. She was pleasant and professional. I could tell he was passionate about hair styling & cuts. We talked about traveling and what we did as hobbies. Made the time pass quite quickly. I was in and out in about 25mins. She turned my lion's mane into a stylish new look. I was impressed and pleased. I bought some pomade along with the haircut and my total cost was 26.75. I gave her 40 and told her to keep the change. I will be coming back and asking for her specifically from now on. read more

Told there was a 90-minute waiting list. When I called to see if I'd made it to the top of the list, Veronica informed me that you are removed from the list after 90 minutes in an unpleasant tone. I complained online and never received a response. That's two strikes. I cut my hair myself for 10 years, and it was faster, cheaper and easier. This Supercuts is not indispensible. The lady who cut my son's hair was nice, but she left him looking goofy! My sister saw my son just after his cut and she actually laughed at how bad it was! Even asking the lady to fix it, my son's hair was AWFUL! I had to cut off all of his hair as soon as we got home. Worst cut ever-and it was a buzz cut. Won't be going back there! Was told wait time would be about 15 minutes. A half an hour later I asked if they knew how much longer. Was told just a few more minutes. Ten minutes later still waiting. Told them when we checked in we had another appointment at 4 pm. We finally left at quarter til four without a hair cut. They effectively wasted my time. No apology, not even a smile. I've been going to Supercuts for probably 10 years. I walk in today and there were no customers, no wait. I was greeted with do you have an appointment? I said no, is there a wait? The stylist said no, asked for my name - she couldn't find me, acted annoyed told her my first name ends with an E she said that's not how you spell Carole and she wasn't teasing. Then she said, "do you have cash?" I said no, why? Her ATM was down. She then told me she could process it manually but if it got busy it was too much of a hassle. She proceeded to comb out my hair and it was so painful I asked her to stop. I did it myself in about 30 seconds then she said we should wash it. It was just weird - she just seemed so put out and annoyed. By this time I had enough of her attitude and her disapproval of me for some reason. I thought to myself, I don't want her to cut my hair with her poor attitude, so I walked out - and while I walked away I heard her say, "what a bitch" Great! That's just the icing on the cake! This stylist uses the first chair on the right - longer brown hair. She has cut my hair in the past and did a good job but I was treated so poorly I won't be going back. read more
