First, they sent the installers back to "buff out" the defect. That actually made it worse. Now, there is a whole area that is dull, as they buffed off the finish. They came back again to put a sealer on, but that didn't help at all. Angela came to take pictures of the countertop to send to the manufacturer. Apparently the manufacturer will not replace it as they feel the damage was made by the installers. I was told that Evolution All Phase would replace the countertop for me "when they contracted another job". In addition, the seam in my countertop is protruding! It's been 5 months since my install. I am really not pleased at all.

Emily came into my kitchen, that needed much help, and was able to see it as a blank slate of design opportunity. She was completely up to the task and excited to have it as a clean slate. The entire design was not only beautiful but highly functional. I would not change a single drawer or cabinet. When we did the consultation, there was an area that your team expressed concern may not adhere well and we expressed understanding in this. However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. We are reasonable and would have understood if you didn't want to do the driveway again the first time, if you had had that conversation with us- but that did not occur. We also will happily leave good reviews for people/companies who deserve them.
