ITEM: 2 single sink vanities I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER THAN WORKING WITH KIM AT KLASSIC STONE!! Kim is professional, a 'stone' educator for customers, customer service number 1, and has unbeatable pricing. She spent time with me and always reached out for follow up and execution. Kim even came to my house on a Friday night to deliver my beautiful granite for installation. (After my order the delivery was within a week). As all customers do, I had shopped other stone businesses with dismal experiences. Others had you physically waiting in line for a sales rep ... who were courteous but clearly did not know about various stone products, attitudes of 'take it or leave it', delivery times six weeks out, and fixed pricing that was way too high for similar stone .... some even had unfriendly attitudes at leading locations. Basically, OTHERS ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTERED WHILE KLASSIC STONE IS ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I had never known of Klassic Stone previously and was referred by a contractor who always use them...thank you Richie. Do your self a favor and shop Klassic Stone (see Kim) first as she has the best customer service, fantastic stone selection, great delivery and fair pricing. When I stumbled upon Klassic Stone a few years back, I couldn't imagine a local family business able to compete with the big stores and big suppliers/installers of granite, tile, etc. But this place did very well. Competitive, perfectionist, timely, highest quality I've seen to date in workmanship, and work ethic. Nice people to do business with just isn't saying enough. I've had them do quite a bit over the years in different places and I must say that they have not disappointed me at all in any area of the job. Prices (cuz I still check) are better than other options in the Capital District. There on-site personnel are remarkably skilled, knowledgeable, and professionally pleasant and friendly. They have a geographic reach that surprised me. They go everywhere and that's been helpful as I've been able to refer them out to friends and family beyond the Capital District and New York. So very happy with prices, customer service and product that Klassic Stone provided us. They have a great selection of stone and quartz (more than the big box stores) AND what is the most important: they have the slabs on site AND are the fabricator. If you go to most other places, you will need to drive to NJ or across the state to see your slab and it will be fabricated at yet another location. The big box stores will take your money and then subcontract it out, not once, but twice. Klassic Stone handles it all themselves and they are very easy to work with, competitive prices and expert installers - they know their product inside and out and had a very quick turn around time. This family run company supplied and installed my granite kitchen counter top. In addition to the Central Avenue office, they have a Broadway shop where you can view full slabs of granite. The office staff answered the many questions I had, and their written estimate came in more than a thousand dollars under other quotes I had received. Their template and install crews arrived on time, and were using some of the newer measuring materials. They recommended the sink which was a terrific match for the granite and they did the install with extended square footage with no seams. An all around good experience. read more

Lori and Kim were amazing to work with from start to finish. We were doing a large remodel and I took each step slowly and went EVERYWHERE for every aspect of the project and I was so happy we choose Klassic Stone for the counter tops. They sent us to a huge warehouse with so many granite slabs it almost got overwhelming, but they guided us to different slabs and the warehouse was so accommodating in moving slabs around so we could see as many as we wanted. This family owned local business was recommended by our contractor to do the kitchen counters for us. They were very patient over the several months it took us to figure out what we wanted and answered our thousand and twelve questions. I could write a complete page about all the problems I experienced with this company but to sum it up they ARE THE WORST! If I could do it over I would never use them. One lie after the other and shody work by shady characters. I really don't understand how they stay in business. There is even a Facebook group called Klassic Stone Scammed Me. Shoddy work at best. Employees are illegal immigrants or addicts who are payed under the table. The company defrauds insurance companies and lies on their taxes.
