They removed a giant palm tree for us, as well as many stumps around our yard, some pepper trees and trimmed our 2 massive ash trees out front. Proceeded to reach out to them and the owner Joel contacted me back. I rarely leave rave reviews unless a business meets a few of my criteria: service, quality, timeliness and cleanliness. This company hit all the marks. I liked their services so much that even though I had a 10% off coupon, I elected to pay the full price I was quoted. What I liked was that Joel contacted me prior to arriving to let me know when his team would arrive, the trimmers attentiveness to my needs and leaving the yard clean after they were finished. Despite this communication, Isai allows his voicemail to get full and the only option for communication is by text. My first communication was Dec 7th, and thus far, no proposal, and no return text. We have not even started service or agreed on price and I'm already chasing Glady's. Imagine what it is like if they started service with you and you have a problem or concern, good luck chasing Isai and Glady's Landscaping Service or getting a return phone call or text.
