I didn't taste much of the smokiness, but the meats were good, moist, and soft. The loaded fries, goodies, this was way more than expected, and the mix of flavors was exceptional. This wasn't with your normal fries, these were coil cut and somewhat thick, like twisted steak fries. Really good. Service was great, she was always by the table and checking on us. The lady was the daughter of the owner. We met the owner, he's a sweet man, very proud of his work and bragged that all everything was made in the kitchen and not sourced out.
