You can mostly find them on the weekends, parked at local breweries. Though they also do festivals and such, the best way to find them is through their social media. Now on to the food! It is a smash burger cooked on top of a pile of shaved onions. It all comes together to a big, beefy, caramelized menagerie of goodness. Seasoned perfectly and with melty cheese. It is decadent. It comes with a bit of greenery on the side (a spring mix and some pickles). And they have packets of sauces so you can dress it up how you like. The pickles cut through the richness and I love a pickle. It's a tasty burger. I didn't get fries, as I figured the burger would be enough. And it was! I am glad I was finally able to hunt them down and give it a try.

The sides...all of them are SO GOOD. You know the saying "they put their foot in it"? Well, they put their foot in it. All of it. Each of their sides are packed with flavor (from the meat, so be warned it is not vegetarian!), their collard greens are my favorite but only because they literally have the best greens I've found here in Texas.
