Came in late on a Sunday when we stopped in Springfield for the night, during a long road trip. Cozy little place with great vibes and excellent service. The bartender was so friendly and attentive! It's pretty simple, straightforward bar food, but it was hot and exactly what we needed when little else was open. Cold beer, not too noisy, perfect laid-back dive bar. KJ's is one of Springfields "true" remaining dive bar's. It's what you would expect; extremely dark, a couple pool tables, and a shuffleboard table for entertainment. They have a jukebox when there isn't karaoke running 4 nights a week. It's actually pretty big for a dive, with a huge seating area in the front, as well as the back. They offer two stages; one in the main part of the bar, and the other outside where you may also smoke. Although they don't use them much because they don't have live music often "which I think is a bummer." On a positive note they are still the cheapest place in town. Best dive bar in town! KJ and her crew do the best! Drinks are great prices and the Singo (bingo with songs) on Friday nights is always a blast! They have a nice outdoor space, covered and uncovered, pool tables, and karaoke. read more

Great bar to go to, Kathy and Erin there are two of the nicest people you could ever meet, and they are the owners. You definitely want to stop by. They have pool tournaments, karaoke every night, toaster oven pizzas that are very tasty and not too spendy for bar food. The drinks are cheap but well made, they have shuffleboard, and an outside patio smoke deck with its own outdoor bar for when there's a big enough crowd. Just light the Tiki Torches and have some fun! Its a little out of the way, not in the center of things, but definitely worth the trip, just take either the Kearney or Division Exits off 65, head West, from Kearney, turn Left on Packers Road (Bank on the corner) and its about 400 ft down on your left, from Division, turn Right on Packers Road (Kum & Go on the Corner) and its about a mile or so up the road (right before you reach Kearney, on the right) read more

Cool little place. Have been there to shoot pool with my nephew a few times. Service has always been fine, drinks and beer are good. It's fun to watch karaoke for the entertaining drunk singing!! I've never tried the food, but would expect it to be ok for what they offer. read more

The only bar in town that we ever go to. Always good people and a good time. Never have to wait for drinks and everyone is always friendly. All the times that we have been there it was clean and drama free! Just laid back and relaxed place with good people. read more
