They have a limited menu, but the Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Pasta seemed like a good option. Boy was I RIGHT! This was a very flavorful and somewhat healthy dish that hit the spot. The location is a bit odd. It's located in a hotel that's in an area with a guarded gate. The restaurant is right next to an outdoor pool, with lots of glass. Some guy in just his swimsuit was peering through the glass door near my table, which was a bit awkward. Also there was a large crowd right behind me that was very loud, which also was not ideal. Service and food were excellent; Location not so much.

I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.

Not 1:15 or 1:30 -- right at 1:00 they stopped serving beer and wouldn't even give us quarters for the pool tables. I've honestly never seen a bar operate this way. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like they cared more about getting customers out the door than actually providing good service. I don't understand how they stay in business treating paying customers like this. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this poorly run establishment. They clearly don't appreciate their patrons or their business.
