I recently was shopping in the flooring section and there is no one ever there now, I spoke to a associate in another section and they said corporate is "cleaning house" and everyone was getting fired. It does seem like it as the new manager Omar treates and talks to the employees poorly. I see he has some type of power trip and control issues when directing the staff. Such poor management...oh well I use to like the friendly feel of the store bit now it seems tense and hostile, this trickles down to the customer as i felt agitated and just wanted to get out of there instead of shop around. They must have fired cashiers too as it takes forever to check out now. I originally went for some deck paint. The new manager (red hair guy with no name tag) mixed the paint and it was way off, he had to ask the employees how to do it. Lol. What kind of manager needs to do this!!This made me sooo upset because I was there 45 minutes waiting for help and then this JA made the wrong color. To top it off, that was the last one even though it said there was 3 in stock...this new management makes us question in even coming back. What the f happened??!!??

These people are amazing. After putting in an order for a kit to repair a sprayer, I found that…read morethe kit did not replace all the parts that I thought I would need. I called Ron (as indicated on the invoice) and he was extremely gracious and said that I should send back the package although it was open and even offered to pay for my postage. That's what I call excellent customer service. I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future.
