I got to say that first impressions are everything and these guys are as professional as it gets…read more Every business and home owner wants that contact that is the "Guy to know" to add to their rolodex and Dan is it. If you want a service that is industrial quality and beyond the petty wanna be services in the area then talk to Dan or Becky and ask them to come give you an estimate on your business class property or even your private residence. He is a down to Earth guy, that presents himself and his service right off the bat as reliable and professional. I know I sound like an advertisement for these guys but that is exactly what I am doing. I was so frustrated with searching for a reliable lawn care service that I could depend on to take care of my property in my absence. A number of "turkeys" that I talked to before, from other services, really just need a good choking. Dan was the first one that I had met that was exactly what you consider a professional to be.

So many years this serviced worked for mom. After her passing and a change of property owner, I…read morefind that I must recreate a new service agreement which is not a problem. In June I scheduled for them to start Lawn Care for August 1st. By Aug 5th, they still haven't showed up. I called on the 2nd to ask what the plan was and they acted like they never heard of us. I texted them at 3 different numbers and finally got an answer 24hrs later. They (Steve) started the phone call confrontational and rude by demanding to know what services I was requesting. On 6 June I filled out their service request which specifically has fields for the type of service requested and how often. After filling out their service form and signing right beside Patrick's name, I emailed it back on 08 Jun. Today Steve calls and raises his voice on the phone and gets rude while cutting me off while talking stating that the form was not signed. I forwarded the email chain to them, which included the signed form and then fired them. This is highly unprofessional and unreliable. My only thought is that they must have too much money to take on just one more project.
