Also, 4 out of the 6 Black Hill Spruce trees planted were put in crooked. All we are asking is that he honor his policy and replace the 5 Golden privet shrubs and straighten up the crooked Black Hill Spruce trees. By ignoring our calls and texts this will NOT go away. There has to be a better way to treat your good customers. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. Once they have your money, you no longer matter. We are senior citizens that are just trying to make our neighborhood here in Lake Geneva, WI look good. We paid Mike $10,500 now we get to look at 5 dead bushes and crooked trees every day. We had Cal and Shan's replace our back concrete steps and pour a concrete patio in 2021. Mostly…read moregood, except... the landing between the steps and the patio was poured incorrectly, sloping toward the house and causing rainwater to leak under the wall into the enclosed sunroom. Todd resisted replacing the landing, suggesting instead making a drainage groove in the landing and installing flashing with sealant along the bottom of the wall. Against our better judgment, we went with his approach. It worked for a while, sort of, but water would still leak in with heavy rain and the problem got worse with time. I called again this year and talked to Ross, asking how they would recommend resolving the issue; he said they would contact us to schedule a time for Todd to come take a look, but I never heard back. Thus, we hired someone else to fix their mistake. It was an expensive project, was done incorrectly, and their followup/response was poor. I see lots of positive reviews online for them, but our experience is that if there is an issue with their work, they aren't likely to do much to make it right.

We hired Elias Services for 2 projects. First was tree planting and second was to fix a drainage…read moreissue with our yard. We paid in full after we were told work was completed. However, after the first rain, it became clear that the drainage issue had become far worse. Where we use to get minimal pooling on in the spring, we now had a pond. The work was not completed per the terms of the contract. The photos are after they installed our so-called drainage solution. We were able to obtain a landscaping laser level and probe to find the pipe. We found that not only was the drainage pipe run uphill away from the house but no pea gravel or filtered sock has been used. Elias has not fixed the issue or refunded our substantial bill for our yard drainage and has had more than a month to do so.
