In June I scheduled for them to start Lawn Care for August 1st. By Aug 5th, they still haven't showed up. I called on the 2nd to ask what the plan was and they acted like they never heard of us. I texted them at 3 different numbers and finally got an answer 24hrs later. They (Steve) started the phone call confrontational and rude by demanding to know what services I was requesting. On 6 June I filled out their service request which specifically has fields for the type of service requested and how often. After filling out their service form and signing right beside Patrick's name, I emailed it back on 08 Jun. Today Steve calls and raises his voice on the phone and gets rude while cutting me off while talking stating that the form was not signed. I forwarded the email chain to them, which included the signed form and then fired them. This is highly unprofessional and unreliable. My only thought is that they must have too much money to take on just one more project.

Told him what I wanted and he said he could take care of it today. I had them already outside and he was loading them up by the time I made it outside. (It was approximately 8:15 p.m.) He charged me a very reasonable rate for removal and I couldn't be happier. Note that he has a full time day job, getting off mid afternoon, so his business starts later in the day, nights, and weekends. I would definitely use his services again.
