Willa (the sheltie) was fluffy and looked great, and had a perfect undercoat brushing that avoided lots of shedding when she got home. Arlo, the doodle, needed a pretty close cut, but it still looked awesome. Arlo and Willa will be back soon.

The first time the Front Desk communicated that the grooming would be done in 30 minutes and when we came back, she denied ever saying that. The grooming took 4 hours in total. We were very unhappy with this, but the owner graciously gave us a discount so we took it as a gesture of good faith. The 2nd/3rd time were fine, but then our dog ended up at the vet & got an ear infection because we found out that they never cleaned out his ears or plucked his ears so we spent over $1K at the vet. The final time (I know, stupid us for going again), we wanted to see if we could make it work because of the proximity of Bark Shoppe and wanting to truly support local businesses, they charged us a "LATE FEE" for picking up our dog 30 minutes after they called even though they never once disclosed that this policy existed. I emailed their team and instead, their front desk person called us and said "we can't refund this fee and moving forward it would be better for your dog to be groomed elsewhere." What. A. Joke. We will NOT be coming back to this place.

BEWARE!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM TANIA AND CHRIS!!!…read more If I could give zero stars I would! Let me sum my experience up in three words: LIARS, CHEATS, & THIEVES. For months my doormen watched them walk my dogs for X amount of time and brought it to my attention through casual conversation. I told the doorman that they were supposed to be walked for Y amount of time! He assured me that this was not the case and that my dogs were not and that I was being takin advantage of!!! I always kept a log so they must sign in and sign out and leave brief description about the day. Routinely they logged in at the same time and check out at the same time for the X amount of time. I couldn't believe what i was hearing because they seem so nice to my face. So i then put into place a recon mission with my doormen. They began tracking times in and out for months. These times matched my buildings dog walker key log!! They were lying on my log by falsifying the time of day and also the length of the walk. They were paid for double the amount of time they were spending with my dogs! They were basically giving my poor dogs a relief walk when they should have been exercising the dogs for the amount being paid for! THIS WENT ON FOR MONTHS ! I DON'T KNOW HOW MICH LONGER IT WENT ON PREVIOUS TO MY RECON MISSION AND HOW LONG IT WOULD HAVE CONTINUED IF MY DOORMAN HADNT BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION!!!!!!!! SO TO CONCLUDE THEY MAY SEEM NICE TO YOUR FACE BUT WHEN YOUR NOT HOME THEY CAN BE LIARS CHEATS AND THIEVES! BEWARE IF THEY WALK YOUR DOG THEY COULD BE NEGLECTING YOUR PETS AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! BEWARE!!!!!!

Since my Yorkie is somewhat untisocial, Chris takes time out of his busy schedual to play and socialize him above and beyond normal effort. As well when I travel for short term and long term business trips Chris boards my dog. My dog is very happy and well tended to while in his care. I would highly recommend Chris as a dog walker and a sitter. Excellent in my experience!

She makes everything clear on her website pertaining to her system of organization and is responsive in a timely manner. She took such good care of my cockatiel for numerous stays, he loves it there! After I paid in full, I was contacted in a belittling and condescending tone no greeting, just "didn't I tell you." I decided not to board my bunny with her after that interaction. You would think I hadn't paid, based on how I was spoken to, but I had paid in full. Professionalism and basic customer service are the simplest things a business can offer, and they make all the difference in how clients feel. It's not always what you say, but how you say it. That's all. God bless. Adding on since she responded: I'm honestly shocked by this owners response. None of what she's claiming about me threatening her or mentioning ICE ever happened and the fact that she would post something so inflammatory publicly says a lot about her professionalism. I paid in full and simply expected clear communication and respect, which I did not receive. The moment I was spoken to in a condescending tone, I decided not to move forward and that's it. Anyone reading can see that I've kept my review factual and respectful. I have the messages, emails, and payment receipts to back up everything stated. I wish her well, but this is exactly why I chose not to entrust my pet to her care.

Unfortunately, because my dog has trauma from having had his dewclaws removed (I didn't do it to him - he's a rescue) he would not allow the groomer to clip his toenails. They asked us to come in and help but our dog was just so stressed out at that point that we couldn't touch his paws without him going into a panic. This is unfortunate because the main reason I was paying a groomer was to get help with clipping his claws. I just can't do it myself. I guess next time we can try giving him some anti-anxiety medication and see if that works. The groomer did take a little off the price because of not being able to cut his nails. I would recommend this groomer to anyone who has a well-behaved dog who is amenable to being groomed. I would not recommend them if you have an anxious or fearful dog. The haircut itself was really perfect and beautiful. I will probably try another groomer just because I need my dog's claws cut short, but if my dog was better behaved I would go back to this place because they give good haircuts.

Dog owners beware if you want to support a business that will help ALL dogs, pretty funny if you…read moreconsider the name of this institution (the girls who get it, get it, the girls who don't, don't). According to their online description, they may charge extra for "aggressive breeds," and would provide an "assessment" to determine if they can help board them. Well I can tell you that an assessment is a straight up dog breed discrimination. Just mentioning that you would need to house your sweet, friendly pitties and they immediately drop you like a hot potato. No "assessment" provided whatsoever. Just mentioned that the dogs are pit bulls and was given an immediate no. Didn't even see or meet the dogs. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible. Why put up a note that they would seemingly provide service for all kinds of dogs when they clearly don't? Also a quick cursory scroll of the 5star reviews show that they skew towards smaller, "cute" dogs. Further evidence that they are falsely advertising their services. If you can only handle small dogs, please just make that clear so that nobody can waste their time here again. In conclusion: Parents of pitties beware of this place!! And other pet parents-- please make an effort to support pet daycares that will provide service to all dogs, especially if they have done nothing wrong, and have always been good dogs. Will be telling all my dog parents to stay away from this place. See also attached the goodest beans that are looking for quality daycare services that this place clearly does not provide.
