I really wanted to like this place. I went to get a manicure and pedicure the other day as a new…read morecustomer, and 3 of my toes and my right pinky bled from the process of being prepped. It's now hard to wear sneakers and it is visibly and sensationally apparent that the injured toes that are swollen and painful on the sides that were cut/ ripped too deeply. I felt the pain and saw the blood instantly, and said something but the nail tech still didn't take her time after that. Her apology was brief and the mistakes were left unaddressed at the end. I have had pedicures and manicures before but this was easily my most painful experience, both during and after. I also found that the polish on my finger nails should've been applied closer to the bottom of the nail (where the cuticle was). Why would you go through the work of removing the cuticle if you're not going to also take the time to apply the polish well? Maybe some of the other nail techs are more gentle but it'll be a long time before I consider going back. It was busy so some nail techs must be good, but I can only report on my very negative experience.

Writing this review as soon as I stepped out because my (short) experience was that awful. I came…read morein to check out the prices as I have been searching for a new salon in Philadelphia. I asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment for a manicure in person and she said I needed to call. Weird, but okay. I was looking at the menu for not even a minute before the receptionist rudely told me I can take a picture and to leave. I find that to be pretty rude as I have never experienced that at any nail salon in my life and it's not a particularly fancy or even clean salon. The interaction with the receptionist as a whole was a complete turn off from me visiting this salon in the future if this is how they treat potential clientele.

They never take one customer and fully finish the customer first, they keep switching between multiple customers in order to take as many clients as possible. They need to hire more workers and provide better service.
