Since I found her in February, she's been nothing short of a life-saver and has become a huge part of my dogs' lives AND become a dear friend. When my schedule became impossible and I started finding notes from my neighbor on my door when I'd get home at the end of the day, I knew I needed to find someone. In came Genna, who loves dogs and animals to the core of her being, and who has - to my chagrin - cleaned up a myriad of crazy messes my dogs greeted her with. She walks my two large pups numerous times a week and even though I never asked her to, she lets me know when she's arriving and sends me fantastic photos of the dogs EVERY SINGLE TIME. Simply put, if you need someone who'll love and look after your dogs and probably do a better job at it than even you? Hire Genna and her employees... but please don't take my time slots. Seriously!

I have been looking for a reliable pet sitter for my dog when I go out of town for work (which is somewhat regularly). I have tried on three different occasions reaching out to them and I've never gotten ahold of anyone when calling or have I ever received a call back when I've contact them through the website or left a voice message. Seems pretty basic to call a potential customer back (and I would have been a repeat customer) if you are a business, but hey what do I know? Based on this, I will not be reaching out to them again as I can already tell they are unprofessional.

But part of what Diane does is a "home visit" to see the animals at home with owner. It was a comfort to me and also gave me a chance to see how they were with my cats. No "fake" animal love here! The fact that it's at home makes it seem like no big deal and they all come out relaxed and adorable. Her cuts look precious and photoworthy on the day; and they also grow out into a well-crafted mid-long coat. Our two cats have stayed at the Kitty Cat Hotel many times, but our last stay warrants an amazing…read morereview! We went on vacation for two weeks and left our cats with Trish. They were happy and cared for, and we got great updates and pictures while we were gone. We flew back to Portland in mid-Jan 2024 (right in the middle of the terrible ice storm) and got stuck in Portland for a few nights because of road conditions. Trish was so nice about our delay and let us extend our stay. When we finally got back to Eugene, the ice was insane, and it was unsafe to drive across town to get our cats, so Trish let us extend our stay again! And then! The ice thawed, and a tree fell through our roof, collapsing our ceiling. Trish was, again, amazing and understanding and allowed our cats to stay even longer while we worked through the disaster and patched up the ceiling. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, and I cannot say enough good things about Trish and the Kitty Cat Hotel. The facility is clean and the rooms are fun and our cats are comfortable and always return home happy. The Kitty Cat Hotel is a phenomenal place to care for your cats, and you never have to worry -- they are well cared for and loved here! Thank you Trish, you are the best!

She loves the interaction with the other dogs, and cones home thoroughly exhausted from playing so hard. She loves all of the staff and is excited to arrive every time we bring her. She's also been boarded at the facility many times. I trust the facility and the staff 100%. The facility is clean and very well managed. Recently we went to pick up Steve and found that the staff had made Christmas gifts from our pets. The thoughtfulness of that gesture almost brought tears to my eyes. See picture.
