Tasha comes to our apartment twice a week and brings a warm, soft blanket just for him. She really takes the time to connect to our fur baby and she takes the time to connect with us as well. Tasha answers any questions to the best of her ability. She's intelligent, patient, incredibly caring and professional. You can tell that she has a deep passion for animals and a lot of training and experience that has given her the tools she needs to provide the very best care. She keeps in weekly contact, checking on our boy and reminding us of appointments as well as offering a different time for her to come in as her schedule allows. We keep an odd schedule and Tasha is very accommodating! Our fur baby likes Tasha and he's comfortable with her too. She's given all of us some peace of mind and the security of knowing she's there when we need her. Tasha has gone above and beyond her call of duty and we are so grateful to her! She's dependable, punctual and a good person with a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a gentle hand. We are blessed with more precious time with our fur baby because Tasha has made it so. Since I found her in February, she's been nothing short of a life-saver and has become a huge part of my dogs' lives AND become a dear friend. When my schedule became impossible and I started finding notes from my neighbor on my door when I'd get home at the end of the day, I knew I needed to find someone. In came Genna, who loves dogs and animals to the core of her being, and who has - to my chagrin - cleaned up a myriad of crazy messes my dogs greeted her with. She walks my two large pups numerous times a week and even though I never asked her to, she lets me know when she's arriving and sends me fantastic photos of the dogs EVERY SINGLE TIME. They were happy and cared for, and we got great updates and pictures while we were gone. We flew back to Portland in mid-Jan 2024 (right in the middle of the terrible ice storm) and got stuck in Portland for a few nights because of road conditions. Trish was so nice about our delay and let us extend our stay. When we finally got back to Eugene, the ice was insane, and it was unsafe to drive across town to get our cats, so Trish let us extend our stay again! And then! The ice thawed, and a tree fell through our roof, collapsing our ceiling. Trish was, again, amazing and understanding and allowed our cats to stay even longer while we worked through the disaster and patched up the ceiling. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, and I cannot say enough good things about Trish and the Kitty Cat Hotel. The facility is clean and the rooms are fun and our cats are comfortable and always return home happy. This location was highly recommended to me by the people at Wags on Coburg Road, citing they had a huge selection of cat trees. Well, they were right. My husband and I walked in to find pretty much the entire store front filled with them, going about 4 trees deep. That's definitely a large selection! So I became that annoying customer who is super picky, making the employee move and replace like 15 of these trees while I measured and debated with my husband. My cats are big boys, like over 20 pounds big. So we had some specific ideas about what would work and what wouldn't. They have kind of unique needs being so big, and getting older too. So after debating and checking out multiple options, we finally decided on one. It was locally made, by a single person, from the coast. Which locally made means more expensive. I feel like I spent a small fortune on the damn thing, but it's perfect. So, of course, I have to buy it. The guy who helped us was super patient with me and trying to find the perfect option that worked best for my needs. This included my munchkins being obese, the height to fit in the house, and the color to fit in with my decor. All of which were extremely important. So it took a lot of moving and trying different trees to find exactly what I wanted. Once we bought it, the employee was kind enough to help my husband load it into the car. I really appreciate his willingness to help. Would I return? Yep. Between having exactly what I needed, and the employee being so helpful, I will definitely come back.
