Make sure you call your bank before you decide to leave, or Susan will steal from you. I've seen other reviews on this, so I'm not the only one. They give incentives to people for their 5 star reviews. Dont be fooled. Passive-aggressive, manipulation, lies, aggressiveness, and microagressions, they've got it all. It's not a healthy studio to send your kids to. If you value morals and integrity, this place is NOT for you. Take your money where your kids can thrive.

It was under construction, with mirrors on the floor, dust throughout the space, nails, and conditions that did not feel safe or appropriate for hosting a Pilates class. I reached out DIRECTLY rather than leaving a negative review, and Alex at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. She apologized and offered me a complimentary session, which I appreciated. I actually planned to continue using the space because of its convenience and how the first issue was handled. I had also already paid for upcoming classes. Unfortunately, my second experience was much worse. There was a miscommunication regarding the space and a different room, and the studio was STILL under construction. I requested a call so the situation could be addressed before my class started, but no one reached out. I handled the situation the best I could without immediate support from the staff. While I was setting up for class with my clients present, the owner, Sal, confronted me INFRONT OF MY CLIENTS and raised his voice at me. I was then told I could no longer use the space moving forward and that we were "not a good fit." I would have been completely open to having a respectful conversation and resolving the issue. Especially because I booked 3 other upcoming slots for the month of October. While I was refunded for those, being yelled at in front of my clients was unnecessary and unprofessional. Which is why this review is being left. No apology & UNACCEPTABLE! I recently moved to Dallas from California, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I will not be returning or referring others to this space. Future Peerspace bookers should also be aware that the space may not look or be provided as advertised.

We both wanted to take country dance classes but didn't like that our only option was a bar. When we tripped across Studio 22, this is exactly what we'd hoped for. This event was organized and well planned with professional instructors who were patient and kind. Studio 22 made it fun, not intimidating. The ratio of guests balanced itself out. They encourage frequent rotation of partners (if you go as a couple, that's okay too), no one person was without a partner for too long. There was a wide range of dance lessons, not just country. The studio itself was very spacious, large enough to hold 50 - 80 people comfortably. There are dozens of four top tables along the wall, no reservations, you have to grab one asap. You are allowed to bring your own water bottles (BYOB). They kept the temperature very comfortable, impressive! Dress code is casual attire, something easy to move in, and shoes you can easily shuffle in. There is a fantastic YELP coupon when you check in: 1 Free Group Lesson. I plan to redeem it and will write another review about it.

I wish they would air it out--at least leave the door open overnight instead of keeping it sealed shut saving the stench for the next day. Its one of the few theaters that I will dress up for and has an open lobby area with a cash bar that is a fun and somewhat upscale space for conversation before the show which works nicely for your group to gather, converse, and socialize before the show. Addison restaurants are nearby but busy on weekends so do plan an early dinner between 5 and 6 as those restaurants are typically very busy on weekends. A plus is the "Stone Cottage" theatre in the rear which hosts a different theatre company and is which is rustic with often ribald works. There is also a large snd configurable separate meeting space which can be had for special functions or seminars. If you are into Architecture and you ever get the chance for a complete tour of the Water Tower theatre seize the opportunity because it is a very cool building with 2 levels below grade for costume and storage with three above that are absolutely amazing in how they are completely flexible for multi tier stage configurations and configurable seating tiers from several directions.
