Before I could fully…read moreexplain what I needed, I was met with a condescending tone, unnecessary questioning, and an overall lack of professionalism. I understand that rush orders may not always be possible, and I would have had no problem being told that respectfully. The issue was not the answer--it was how I was spoken to. That was especially disappointing because this is a local business, and I genuinely wanted to support a shop in the community. I had also heard positive things about the quality of their work, which is why I reached out in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service experience immediately made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from doing business with them. Good work matters, but so does treating potential customers with basic respect. I would rather spend my money with a company that communicates professionally, values its customers, and is willing to be helpful--even when it cannot accommodate a request.

There was a slight mix up in the colors of the champ shirts that were delivered, however they were quick to come up with possible solutions for us, and worked overnight to resolve it and had new ones to us the next day in time for the first championship game! (Thanks Eduard!) Also given the short timeframe, their art department came up with a slight modification to our event logo that the girls really loved. (Thanks Jessica!)
