Our issue is we have one bathroom, so work will need to be done in stages or very quickly. He arrived on time for the appointment but seemed rushed and on a tight schedule. He kept saying "it would be cheaper if you did this.." not faster, but cheaper. I had never discussed the budget with him and felt he implied I could not afford their services - not the case. I think the project might have been too small for them, I am not sure. In any case, after a week, I still had no estimate. I emailed them and still have no response two weeks later. I guess they just ghost you if they don't want the project.

He used insufficient materials (half-concrete) for the posts, which caused the entire fence to collapse shortly after completion. Furthermore, property went missing while he was on-site. ​I successfully took this matter to court and obtained a legal judgment against him. He is currently evading the court-ordered paperwork and dodging the mail. I am now forced to involve the Sheriff's office to enforce the judgment. ​Please do your research before hiring.
