The tub is miserably narrow (interior of tub is 22" and between the small grab bar in the tub and the handle on the door is 16"). I told the salesman we had claustrophobia issues and he assured me there would be no problem that way. He also told me I would have 3 months no payments or interest after the tub was installed. I had to make the first payment days after it was installed. Then, after the tub was installed, it wouldn't hold water. The stopper wouldn't go all the way down. The guy who installed the tub as well as the service manager came out. The manager called the company to get the part but it was too late in the day so he promised he would call me back the next day, he didn't. Weeks later I called and he said they got the part and as soon as he could get the guy who installed it in it would be replaced. That was months ago and haven't heard a thing. The tub was installed in November, this is May and it's still not fixed.
