(I'm more out of the box than most customers, I guess.) It means so much to me to have LOCALLY made real wood cabinets in my home. He was great to work with, and delivered as promised. He's seen the finest woodworking in Europe and also is a gourmet cook. So his kitchens are really functional and special, with old world class. I feel that I went to a different Hannesson Home than the one pictured in the highly edited social media and website of this business. We were assigned to Lexi Budge. She was nice at the beginning, but she never offered any significant ideas or was very open to communicate with me. I don't know if we just got the worst designer or everyone is like her. She ignored me completely through email. She only replied to my husband and didn't copy me in the threads even if I was the one doing the design. I have a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in one of the best schools in the world, and I was not impressed by the creativity or services of Hannesson Home. I indeed found later that they are overpriced and the amazing pictures displayed in their social media and website are pictures from their providers and not their creation. I also believe a lot of their reviews are not real. I've been around enough affluent people in Billings and no one has ever used this store. I would recommend Rimrock Cabinets. They have better design services.
