Chez is not the type of person you want to deal with when there's a problem. And believe me, in…read morethese types of projects there's going to be small and sometimes even big problems. Chez is a smart guy who had a great enthusiastic attitude the first time around. Unfortunately, he spread himself too thin and clearly took on more projects than The Patch Guys could handle. He blamed us for everything that went wrong, except once early on, when he took responsibility for double texturing a room. Besides that, I think he honestly believes that he never did anything wrong, which makes it very difficult to work with him. He's overworked by his own fault and angers easily. He sent some very unprofessional texts and emails to my husband. Also, we needed to babysit his people. There was even a theft in our home from one helper of their subcontractors. This ties back to him being overworked and has to subcontract. Fortunately, nothing was missing from our house. The thief just took the subcontractor's tools to a pawn shop. During this big project, we had a lot of issues with various contractors, but we were able to solve them all civilly and were very happy with the end result, as were the contractors. This was not the case with The Patch Guys.
