Came in here for the first time on a Sunday morning so I was expecting a little bit of a wait. It was 20 min wait, nothin crazy! The servers seemed very busy, trying to get tables clean etc. They sat 5 of us at a 4 top table with a chair at the end. It was fine for me, but I would've appreciated if they asked if that was okay for us! Anyways, the food ended up taking a long time, longer than any of us expected even though we knew it was busy. We didn't order anything crazy, just your standard breakfast dishes. I got almond crusted French toast that was good, but nothing out of this world! It would've been a great breakfast but I feel like the prices compared to what we got was a bit off. Our total for these 4 dishes, a coffee and tip was about $100. It was great to try, but I'll probably stick to my other local breakfast spot! read more

I have heard a lot of great things about this place from reading all the great reviews. I decided to come in for breakfast today and was seated promptly. The waitress came by really quick and check my drink order. I ordered the omelette with ham, green peppers, cheese and onions. It was not too long before my order came out and the food was really hot temperature wise. Which is a good thing for me because I like my food hot. The hashbrowns were really good and the omelette was not too bad either. They give you one slice of toast which is enough for me and some homemade jam. Overall the meal was not too bad at all. I will probably go back but I think there are other places that are just as good as this place if not better. read more

Had an allergic reaction From Mushrooms underneath French toast when no one at our table or the other tables next to us had any mushroom dishes. Something bready and sweet was mixed with my boyfriend's red potatoes. French toasts were not cooked to the fullest either. Only got one dish comped. Not the whole meals with the issues or attitude when told about the issue. Everyone acted annoyed and had extreme attitude that there was an allergy that wasn't disclosed but we had no idea they served items with mushrooms and being allergic to other items in the family of them was mentioned as well. On July 18th I stopped in for breakfast, I ordered the eggs Benedict and cottage cheese. I took about 3 bites out of my cottage cheese and I discovered a worm. I showed the waitress and she said she was sorry. When she removed the cottage cheese from the table she showed the owners daughter and all she said was " Gross". The place has totally gone to hell, I live less than 10 minutes away and I used to eat there a lot. There was no offer to discount my meal or comp it. I have had issues like this before but this will be the last time. I will never eat there again. read more

I had higher hopes to grab some breakfast here after walking in and the place was packed (usually a good sign). I ordered the chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict with ham and avocado and tomato Benedict, strawberry French toast. Everything was pretty blah. The weirdest was probably the strawberry French toast, which was for a kid.. it was cold, whole strawberries (canned); not fresh, sliced or even a compote which is normal to serve. So I used an immersion blender to make a quick sauce and that was better. Overall the French toast was too eggy. The eggs Benedict both had practically no noticeable hollandiase which is a big part of the dish. The avocado and tomato Benedict shouldn't have been served- both the avocado and tomato were not at the right ripeness, the avocado was mostly brown (gross) and the tomato was a pale pink. The ham Benedict was better but same complaint with the sauce. Both orders had "crispy" hash browns and I have to say, if those undercooked, soggy hasbrowns were their "crispy" version I hate to see what regular would be. The chicken fried steak was decent overall, only complaint would be the gravy had a little too much sage. Generally I wouldn't be back- $65 for breakfast I could have made better at home for less. Do love me some breakfast. Think the only better thing than a good breakfast is an even better brunch after sleeping in. Kitchen and table serves lots of this! Have been to the other locations. The other day was happy to try this location convenient to where my friend lives. Love that Vancouver has three Kitchen and Tables conveniently located to main streets and highways. This location is more convenient if meeting up before traveling into the Gorge or into Portland, which is what we did. Pancakes are always solid. Portions large. Today, before hiking two of us shared a breakfast with an extra portion of pancakes. And it was just enough! :) read more

Let me start out by saying; honey if you don't like your job then find another! The most rudest place I've been to! What planet are these people from if they think it's ok to talk down to customers and even lecture a customer! Today I was with someone who ordered take out and it was over 25 minutes so I personally asked if the order was ready and if not could we please just cancel as I had somewhere to be. I got lip from Destiny who then also gave me a rude attitude. I was kind of silent wondering what the heck is going on here because then this young girl which I didn't get her name but you would recognize her by her crack head looking teeth says she's the owner and decides to chime in and start mouthing off to the person I was with. I was amazed at what was transpiring so I again asked for my refund so we can leave and that's when this supposedly owner starts yelling at me! Well I learned to count to 10, then walk out and that's when another waitress says a smart remark and the owner yells from the counter. I had to remove myself from this type of establishment because I did not want to go to jail for CHILD ABUSE because there is nothing but immature children who work here, that have no mannerism and must have been raised with the cows in the back roads! I will never go here again and I strongly recommend they stop hiring such lazy smart A*s children because no matter how much they think they know everything, they still have a lot to learn! After payment my daughter was throwing up before even making it to the dollar tree a couple doors down. Definitely will not return. read more
