But I did order out of the Joliet store. I got a $500 credit if I never called for any kind of repair to be done. And that was for 5 years. So my fiance and I decided to get a storage trunk and two bar stools using that $500 credit. Went back to Joliet and had a terrible experience there. The sales rep for the name was Omar. I recommend everyone to avoid that place. So we decided to try the Orland Park store. I was determined to use that $500 credit. We met Caesar and unlike Omar, he gave us his number and I was actually able to talk to him where Omar gave us his number and never returned or even answer his phone. People if you do decide to go Ashley Furniture, only deal with Caesar. It was Flawless and I did not have any problems. And it's hard for me to say that because I absolutely hate Ashley Furniture.

When I got to the store, my mother and I spoke to the manager (cannot recall his name), and we were told they would try to get the part from St. Louis and give us a call on Monday--never received that call. This is my last time dealing with Ashley Furniture; I will never give them another dime. Months later, and still no bed. This is ridiculous!!

Ordered a small kitchen table with 4 chairs and 2 matching bar stools…read more It was ready very soon which was great. The boxes for the table were all tapped up. I opened the boxes to put the table together--and the Styrofoam was broken, no big deal as long as the table is ok... and then the bag of hardware-- it was in a SANDWICH ziplock bag and missing a spring washer. I called customer service and asked if this was a returned item. They assured me that a returned item would have NEVER made it back to the shelf and that perhaps the box was damaged at the warehouse so the guys there put the hardware in a ziplock baggie so it wouldn't spill....sure. I put the base together and then opened the tapped up box for the glass top. The instructions said the glass top would have stickers on it for placement on the box (it's a circle so stickers would definitely help make sure it was lined up right)....there were no stickers on it... but there was sticker RESIDUE... from where there obviously used to be stickers.... did the warehouse guys also scrape the stickers off????? Obviously a returned product. I called again and spoke to the same woman and told her it was obviously a returned product so i'm not sure what the heck is going on there but maybe they need to revisit their policies and quality control. She told me if something was wrong with the table they could send a technician out.... not really the point. I didn't intend to purchase used furniture. I already put it together without the missing piece and it's only a $500 set. I'm not taking it apart and putting it back in the box and borrowing a truck again to return this heavy product. I'm also not taking time off of work to wait around for a technician to bring a circle of metal the size of a dime. Knowing they sold me a used product, maybe a discount should have been offered or something. We're in the market for 2 new living room sets in the near future but DEFINITELY will not be shopping for a more costly product at this store. I know it's a "cheaper" store...but if i wanted a used product, i would have gotten one on facebook marketplace. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 bc I did end up with an aesthetically pleasing product for a cheap price. (Although it's MUCH flimsier than anticipated and I'm anticipating the glasstop falling off and shattering when one of my kids or dogs pushes on an edge of the table....we'll see!)

Brian gave us an AMAZING deal on a hybrid gel/memory foam and coil mattress. It is amazing. I love the fact that it has the comfort and contouring of a gel/memory foam mattress and the bounce of an innerspring. I was so pleased with our purchase that I told me family about it which resulted in my brother-in-law purchasing the exact same mattress. He was going to purchase a mattress for $2300 and he spent much less than what he was expecting to for a mattress he loves!
