The tech told me $600 to fix the problem. $600 !!! Outrageous. I googled the issue and followed directions. It cost me a total of $200 including parts and 1 hour of my own time. I question, do they work on commission and keep all the extra margin $$$$ I understand making $ and don't blame anyone however this was outright taking advantage of us! So shop around and get many quotes for your plumbing job.

The landscaping in the front of our town home building hadn't been touched in several years. Weeds…read moreand overgrowth were everywhere, it was a mess. We contacted Design Concepts to come to the rescue. Within a couple hours, we had a callback from Dave. We scheduled a site visit and were impressed enough to move forward with a design. Dave came out a couple days later with a beautiful color drawing that detailed all of our possible options, presented an itemized quote of all the work that would be involved, and gave us a list of 15 references we could call on for peace of mind. We presented this to our town home association board and they were so impressed that they decided we should do the courtyard as well. We signed the paperwork and a few days later Dave and his crew were cleaning up all the weeds, removing overgrown trees and bushes, and trimming trees. Then they installed a beautiful stone walkway, fertilizers, mulch, a wonderful assortment of plants and bushes in the front and flowers in the courtyard. They cleaned up everything and provided us with watering instructions and plans to add to our design for next year. Its difficult to please all members of a town home or condo association but Dave and Design Concepts did the job. We plan on using them for many years for all of our landscaping needs. We also found out they do more than just landscaping and have already begun plans to have them work on the interior of our house. From talking with they're references, this quality of work is par for course in everything they do.

Our association had a tight budget and he worked with us to create a very nice and sturdy arrangement that would hold up to all the foot traffic that passes by. After he was done installing, Dave discussed with me the types of plants used, provided watering instructions and recommendations for maintenance in the fall. We have never been so impressed with a company as we are with GMD Surfaces. They called to set the measurement appointment. The man came out right on time. Did his work and even took time to answer my questions. Within two weeks GMD called back to set the installation date. Two men came out and within 35 minutes the countertop was installed, grouted, and all debris removed. The countertop is beautiful and sets off the bathroom perfectly. I spoke with Klaudia and she asked me why I waited until the end to bring this to her attention. Rude, disorganized, and they do not care about the customers time. I would NOT recommend GMD of Mokena to perform any job at my home. Very disappointed
