Ok, I was struggling on whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They definitely deserve a good…read morescore for selection hands down, they have everything you could imagine. Their prices are fairly good, but you know you can always find certain things cheaper online of course. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating. Sorry, I'm not gonna go anywhere I feel unwanted, and what more I'm gonna warn everybody about your lameass attitude on yelp :P

Because they have no customer service at all. No email at all, and they do not answer the given phone number. Also the phone number is the same number for every location. I bought a bottle of liquid that was badly mixed (it happens). Since I know no shop will return it, my only option is complain to customer service and maybe get the company can make changes so it won't happen again. Not a chance. This yelp review is my only hope at possibly getting Vaperz to have see they can't ignore their customers and expect to stay in business. (Original review) I'm 5 starring these guys because the other vape shops nearby are not nearly as good. The house brand Airbender is a great liquid and very reasonably priced. Guys are friendly and genuinely care about the vaping community. I live in Cicero and this is my Go-To place. I have yet to buy any hardware here, so my review could change, but I am optimistic! Cheers!
