You would be paying Gene to manage, and on top of that you would be paying additional to the contracor's that sub directly to him. He gets a cut, so essentially you're paying extra for a middle man. This greatly inflates the price of your project. His demolition prices are extremely high. Do your research and decide if this is hte format you want for your project.

Pam set up a page on Houzz to show me the tile, fixtures, and colors, making it easy for me to participate in the design process - I thought the recommendations were really tasteful, and the result is definitely going to improve the value of the home. No corners were cut, and everything was finished on time - and I really appreciated the extra effort Jessy took each day to clean up; I didn't feel like I was living through a renovation at all.
