Jonathan inspected and measured the staircase (twice) and explained it was a two-day process from start to finish. He was true to his word. The first day the existing stairs were removed and prefinished stringers, risers and oak treads were installed by knowledgeable and experiences carpenters . On day two, the finish painter came over and filled every nail hole and touch up painted everything to perfection. The results are outstanding! At this point, this is the only place I go for lumber. They have a decent selection of stuff to look at in this regard, and varying levels of knowledge, but I've always gotten the answers I needed.
