I was give the ok to send the item back by their team and I made sure I tracked the return order bc this is a $200 sweater and I wanted to make sure I would get my money back to buy a new one. The packaged was delivered to them a few days later.... But they never sent me confirmation that they received it and that I would get my money back. Well it's been over two months now and I have yet to hear from their team that my packages was received... even tho I showed them proof that it was delivered in March. They only ever have me 2 replies that they were "looking into it" and then never got a response. This is absolutely disappointing. They have been ignoring my emails and I have sent 10+ because it's ridiculous that they can just my hard earned money... and I'll keep emailing them. I even tried messaging them on IG and have been commenting on their posts but nothing... terrible. Now I'm down $200 and no sweater. Unfortunately I don't think I can support them.

Mine only involved one fitting/consultation and one pick up appointment because my dress was non-traditional and very small, almost like a cocktail dress. That being said, I really appreciated the opportunity to save on the cost of the additional appointment and the woman even tried to talk me out of one of one of the adjustments that she thought I didn't need (to be specific it was the back of the dress near the opening on top). I did it anyway and in total it came out to $226.63. I appreciated the timeliness of the appointments (for the most part) and the easy booking process. The turnaround time for the alteration itself was about 30 days which was just right for me. The shop was pretty busy and it's quite small, but there is seating outside on a small bench and it's in a cute enough area of Williamsburg where you can kick back. My small bit of feedback would be to offer a better, full length mirror in the upper (near the door) fitting room and to offer a restroom. I loved the cute vintage vibes/decor, free matches and stickers VERY much. Thanks for helping me create a beautiful memory!

Luciana reassured me that everything would get done in time, and continuously provided me with such wonderful service every time I went in. My main dress just needed a simple hem, but my second dress needed to be taken in multiple sizes and was a lace corset. They pulled off a miracle and everything was done perfectly with a week to spare. I found the pricing to be reasonable, even with the rush fee. I am so happy I ended up going to Tailoress!
