Found a great breakfast spot that you might want to pass off as another food truck. Well come a visit a place that does things from scratch. Friendly service with people that take a personal touch. Great breakfast items . Biscuit and gravy with a heavy portion of gravy like it should be. A nice sized Breakfast burrito full of flavor with a side of green chili sauce. fresh incredible pastries. Tasty vanilla latte with nice frothiness. Come by and pickup and take or hangout on the picnic tables. Lunch menu item are next on our list to try

Great way to start your morning in the RMNP. Breakfast burrito was so good and that green chile salsa was fantastic.

I was looking for quick breakfast places open at 5am to get into RMNP early and this was the ONLY place that came up in Estes Park.

Love this place and will be thinking about it on our next trip through town. Wow! What a vibe!…read more Things were picking up by the time we got there for lunch. We were greeted by a really nice blonde girl that showed us our seats. She was down to earth and was just beaming with great vibes. Then we got Matt. As if the experience wasn't already great from hanging out with friends, Matt invited us with an amount of aloha that is only found in Hawaii! We ordered chips and onion dip. The ramekin that the onion dip came with was really small compared to the amount of chips we received. It was delicious! Maybe substitute toasted bread next time? I ordered the poke and that was outstanding! It came with a creamy ginger dip that tied things together. For being landlocked and in the mountains, this is a dish I will remember! Matt also brought out a Hong Kong sriacha that definitely elevated everything. The reggae (music), positive vibes, and down to earth feel was a great way to end our trip before getting back to the grind. What a place! The scenery speaks for itself too and the staff is top notch!

For entrees, we selected carnivore and sweet potato gnocchi. One major thing I liked about their dishes is the variety of vegetables within the soup and entrees. Carnivore had freshly sautéed broccoli, and Gnocchi had zucchini, onions, and cauliflowers. It makes the whole meal feel more healthy and balanced. We finished our meal with lady bird bread pudding. Overall the service was great and welcoming. Highly recommend! PS. They also offer to send out a postcard for you. I enjoyed writing the postcard in the restaurant!

Such was your service and spirit, especially Luis and your kind hostess who had to stay late because ran through closing, that I will praise you and all your staff to the heavens for your patience, kindness, professionalism and endurance. AMBIANCE: so perfectly comfortable, cozy, inviting, tasteful, elegant, romantic, yet unassuming FLAVORS: INDESCRIBABLE YET I WILL TRY Ablondigas (15/10) it has rattlesnake, rabbit and two other wildlife and tasted like alchemy. Not dense like a cannon ball but substantial and wonderfully balanced with 85 other elements that were equally transcendent Pickled chilis (50/10) we got the chilis as a starter but ended up using it on EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVEN THE PEAR SORBET AT DESSERT and we put the brine in the farmers soup which was ridiculously good Salad (10/10) sound simple but most salads are either underdressed or over dressed and drowning out their main characters in a torrent but this was perfectly addictive- if I could make this at home, I'd be a stone lighter Foghorn leghorn (25/10) - we ordered an extra chicken to split for the table with dessert so everyone could try AND a man who detests chicken breast ABSOLUTELY SWOONED over this dish Three sisters (15/10) every element was crunchy, creamy, light, umami, surprising Hunny pot (15/10) this thing got DRAGGED across the table by everyone to try Cod entree (10/10) it's a filling, firm, perfectly poached fish with amazing compliments PORTIONS: filling and hearty AND gorgeously plated PRICE: appropriate, maybe even a steal! BONUS TIP: no dogs, at least not on that day; we were a party of 6 and I don't think the patio tables could accommodate that but I don't know the policy

The hostess was very sweet, and went above and beyond when the table reserved for us wasn't open yet. Our waiter was very polite and energetic. They really made us feel like we were friends or family. It seemed like they sell more wine than cocktails so the cocktail menu is a little small, but the drinks were delicious. We got the Smoked Old Fashioned with applewood and the Bramble w/ tequila and lime. This was hands down the best food we had in Estes Park. We shared the Bistro Salad, the Three Sisters, and the Cod dish. OMG!!! The food was SOOOOO GOOOD!!!! Everything was flavorful, balanced, and well prepared. I highly recommend you eat here.

First let me say I live here in Estes Park. My home is under heavy construction which includes the…read morewhole kitchen, leaving me no way to cook and only a small microwave that halfway works. I've had to order from DoorDash numerous times as I have a hard time seeing at night. The first time I ordered from Elevations, I ordered the ribeye mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was delivered hot yummy and I was very impressed. The second time I ordered the same thing, through DoorDash, the steak was completely overcooked so badly so I couldn't even cut it. I had ordered it medium rare. Burnt and dried out was not my expectation. The mashed potatoes were also cold and completely dried out. The asparagus were so hard you could barely cut them. It's not cheap to order from Elevations anyway, even when in person, but I also have to pay a DoorDash fee. DoorDash did refund my money, and I also reached out to the restaurant to voice my concerns and displeasure. I decided to give them another chance, but ordered a salad and Genovese Pasta with chicken in it. Monitoring DoorDash I saw that they got there fairly quickly, so was hopeful that my food would be fresh and good. Unfortunately the pasta Genovese was dried out and cold, the chunks of chicken were cold, and the salad that I had ordered had more red onions than the lettuce itself. This would not have been a problem except I don't eat red onions and on the menu on DoorDash it's simply said "garden salad". There was nothing listed about a choice of dressing, nor was there anything listed as to what ingredients were in the salad which can be a problem if someone has allergies to anything that they place in there. Again this restaurant isn't cheap, and it was a complete letdown with a completely cold meal, and while heating pasta in a microwave might be OK, it dries out the chicken terribly. They say that the third time is a charm, and two out of three times have been awful. Very disappointed in this place. Perhaps eating in the restaurant may be better, but this meal was terrible. No I do not recommend this place.

The trailer is set up in the Rock Shop parking lot so you can tour some gift shops. It's a nice big bbq and the smell draws you in. The lady was working all day going back and forth tending the meat so you can tell they're smart with it. Prices are average but the sides I think are too much at $5 each. I got a Pork sandwich for ten bucks and a side of slaw. Other sides were potato salad, beans, and others I probably should have got instead. I love coleslaw with bbq pork sandwiches since you can add it on top for a nice contrast with the meat. The pork was tasty and juicy but a tad plain. The sauce was a tomato based bbq sauce that was good but I like it a bit sweeter and thinner. But there's a hundred ways to make sauce so it was fine. The coleslaw, which I expected to be pretty good for five bucks, was the sloppiest presentation and effort. They opened a grocery store bag of cabbage and carrots, and threw on way too much store bought Lighthouse dressing. How do I know? Cause I buy the same thing, but you're supposed to mix it together, chill it, and season it a bit. Rather than proper bbq slaw, this is salad with coleslaw dressing. When you mix it earlier, the veges soak in the flavor. And adding some vinegar helps get the taste right. Haven't tried the other sides but hopefully they're a bit better. Might stop again but not till they abandon that store bought stuff.
