Worst experience of my life! I went to her the 1st time and all was fine we had picked shape size…read moreand color. When I came back for my next appointment after having some fading and what not. At this point I completely trusted her. After my 2nd session with her she had changed the size and also the shape of my brow. It completly changed the shape of my face. I also mentioned before she started that they looked a little larger. She quickly told me that it wouldn't be that large when she was finished. Right after getting them done I wasn't loving them but they didn't look completely horrible with all the fine lines of the micro blading. It was hard for me to tell her that she completely did her own thing this time around and that I was very unhappy. By doing her own thing I mean not measuring the brow beforehand, and not following the notes she took from the 1st time around with the same shape and size. This then resulted in me having to unevenly shaped brows. They where so uneven you could see one brow on my right side went wayyy higher up than the other on the top of my brow. To the extent that I refuse to even wear my glasses cuz it just makes it even more obvious. So I left without expressing my tru feeling. It's actually really hard to tell someone that you dont like what they did to you. Then the very next day I told her how I wasnt happy with the 2nd time around. I just couldn't live the rest of my life looking like this. So we started removal sessions. I have now had removal session for over the past year and still hate my face due to this. So I had all these feelings bottled up in me for over a year now. I mentioned to her how upsetting it is for me in my day to day life. Cuz in all honesty I got this done to feel better not worse. Anyways, long story short she decided to say at this point that it wasn't her fault and stopped even allowing me to come get it removed. Yes you read this correctly she just decided it's not her problem anymore. She has completely ignored me and won't even answer me as to what color she used on me last and what type of removal solution she was using. Oh also refused to do a touch up on my permanent eye liner that she also completed messed up with making one side a lot thicker than the other. My main goal of writing this is to hopefully save someone else from going through this horrible experience that I have gone through.

Ermosa Hair Design is right on Boston Road. I'd seen it before, and it appeared to be a step above most of the beauty salons in the area. The parking lot is pretty tiny (hopefully there's a space for you when you pull up). Next door, you'll find a nail salon, which is great: no need to traipse about town for full-on pampering. Inside, it's spacious, well decorated, hip and modern. Very feminine, as another reviewer mentioned. Lots of seating for those waiting, plenty of hair styling stations and a couple wash stations. The day that I went, there were three stylists, and they were all very busy. I just needed a simply eyebrow wax, and asked if they could fit me in. Although they had their hands full, they told me to come back in 15 minutes. The owner, who did my eyebrow wax, was very polite and did a fantastic job. Usually, my eyebrows end up half missing, but when I told her I wanted to keep them thick, she did just that. Very precise waxing! Today, they look fantastic. Unfortunately, Ermosa does not currently accept debit/credit cards. I'm not sure how they've continued to do business as well as they have, as I'm sure their hair cuts, styling, makeup artistry, and products are not cheap enough to pay with the $20 you have floating around in your purse. I had to go and withdraw cash from an ATM at the laundromat nearby. That being said, I was stoked to find out they only charge $10 for an eyebrow wax. WIN! I will be back to Ermosa regularly for my eyebrow waxing, and perhaps check them out for a cut at some point in the future.

There's a better place down the street called simply Divine beauty lounge (24 island pond road, springfield) also- the phones at BBB don't work and they don't have a website. i will never come here to do my hair.
