I came here for lunch.
It is a small counter space within sosharu, Japanese restaurant. It only serves course meal. It only has around 8/10 seats I believe.
The food is Japanese kaiseki inspired... so expect quite Japanese flavour but
Not traditional kaiseki per se.
I enjoyed it for £65 a course but I must say it was n t exquisite for me... I think all the dishes needed further refinement. The menu may improve over time... it just opened quite recently, I believe.
I think it will now do no lunches but two seatings for dinner so you may be rushed?! I quite enjoyed one seating, relaxing atmosphere. Hope it won't loose that... read more
