He was very communicative and responsive right from the first contact, promptly providing the three different quotes we requested so we could understand our options. He was able to come out and complete the work relatively soon after we reached out, which we really appreciated. On the day of the job, he was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The quality of the work was excellent, and he took the time to explain what he did and why, which gave us a lot of confidence that the repair was done correctly and safely. And the final cost matched the quoted price exactly--no surprises. It's clear Kashi takes pride in his work and in treating customers well. We wouldn't hesitate to hire BFC again for future projects.

On our initial walk through so he knew exactly what I required, he obviously listened carefully to the plethora of jobs he was to undertake, that he required no further unnecessary input from me for the full 8 hours he was here. He followed through thoroughly with all I asked of him, much to my delight. James did a range of work from caulking, hanging multiple items such as a huge heavy mirror, added many a handle to my kitchen cupboards, door adjustments, furniture assembly and the list goes on. He stuck to his quote and he also finished everything in the allotted time. Wholewood Seattle Cabinetry was a great partner to work with when remodeling our kitchen. I…read moresupplied my thoughts, likes, dislikes and uncertainties with my project manager Yao she helped make the process smooth and ensured it was up to my liking. Our kitchen took no time at all to come together once COVID 19 ban was lifted. I have recommend Wholewoods to friends and family that are looking at placing in new cabinets/counters. The one portion of the process that I was not as happy with was the counter tops; I chose specifically the pieces that I wanted and stated I liked a certain one for on the island due to the beautiful markings in the granite and the other piece to be used for the smaller hidden area side I even sent in a power point layout... that did not happen it was reversed and nothing to cure that once it is cut and installed so my recommendation is to sit down with the fabricator yourself if doing granite or marble that have different slabs that don't match up. All in All my kitchen looks so beautiful that I can't believe that it is mine for a fraction of the cost of other companies. Cheers - Marcy Mattson
