i've been coming to this practice for about several years now on and off. I've been without a car…read morefor a few years so I was forced to go to a different chiropractor closer to my home. Yesterday, after driving for the first time for a few hours the day prior, my neck and upper back between my shoulder blades was in massive pain. I called my regular chiropractor, but unfortunately they were both closed and I was out of visits approved by the VA. I called this practice needing fairly urgent help, which I got. Despite my not having been to this practice in a handful of years, the quality and expertise remains the same. The adjustment I was provided yesterday was totally without a doubt the best adjustment I've ever had in my entire life, and I've been to a lot of different chiropractors in two different states. I feel so much better today than I did yesterday. It was an adjustment so lovely and enjoyable, I almost needed a cigarette afterwards (joking) while I enjoyed the instant relief from most of what was ailing me at that moment, immensely satisfying! I would give this practice six or even 10 stars if it was possible. They are so good, that, in addition to my other approved visits at a different location I am going to happily pay out of pocket for more future visits from this practice. I hope he stays in the business for many years to come, he is a gift to all who needs chiropractic care, a true miracle worker for this disabled combat veteran. Very professional and friendly, absolutely no regrets here!

I found Dr. Lathrop through a friend, who gave him a glowing review. It was my first visit to a…read morechiropractor, so I was a little skeptical, but I'd been experiencing nagging lower back pain from sitting at my desk all day and couldn't find a way to stretch it out. After two visits with minimal adjustments and some stretching the pain is gone, and it hasn't come back since (it's been at least three months). What I appreciate about Dr. Lathrop is that he takes his time, doesn't over-prescribe adjustments, and doesn't up-sell to get you to come back for services you don't need. On my first visit he spent an hour asking about my health and habits, watching the way I walk and sit, and feeling my back. Then he stretched my lower back and showed me stretches I could do for self care. The second visit was a follow up. He made one more adjustment and sent me on my way. His goal is to provide you with the tools to keep yourself healthy on your own (if possible), not to get you on a rotating plan of unnecessary visits to make a buck. Finally, he's very aware of your personal space and always asks to to make adjustments, explaining as he goes. I'm not too anxious about that stuff, but it was certainly appreciated. I always felt comfortable in his office. As someone who was nervous about taking that first step in chiropractic medicine, I can highly recommend Dr. Lathrop!

Next appointment was Christmas Eve at 12:30, the receptionist said this was during his lunch but it would be alright. I was waiting to see the doctor he came out looked at the appointment book, then looked at his receptionist, then looked at me. He looked annoyed and called me back. Did a couple of movement tests then said I should go see a doctor. Really got the impression he was inconvenienced and wanted to go to lunch. Then I get a bill from them for $46.80 for basically nothing. He did do some massage of the shoulder the first visit. The doctor appointment was a month out, it was a long month. My well being did not seem to be the top of his list that day. If it was an inconvenience we could have rescheduled that would have been fine.

I actually got a lot of people to start coming here and they love it as well. The chiropractioners are a couple I believe who are really nice don't push you beyond what you're comfortable with. Front desk staff has top of line customer service and we should take notes. They offer a red light therapy service that I think repairs your body on a cellular level, one of my favorite treatments after I see the chiro. Very nice massage chairs to sit in while you wait for your visit. You get 1-15 minute session before or after your visit but if nobody else is there, they don't mind you sitting on them a little longer.

I was not able to sleep comfortably so decided to search for a chiropractor in Lacey and I found this one. The introduction video was great and it gets better. I didn't think much when the doctor was talking to me but as soon as I laid on the chiropractor table I began to believe in Dr. "S" healing touch. Dr "S" had ZOOMED in to an area that hit me right in my brain and the pain began to subside. Like most chiropractors they'll pop your back... Dr "S" aimed and pin pointed areas in my back and along my spine that only an X-Ray can see. I've gone back a few times now and every single time my back pain began to ease up. I always look forward to going back and having my back aligned, adjusted and the swelling is begining to ease up. I have to also say that when I wake up in the mornings I don't have that morning headaches that I used to and I'm a lot more energetic than normal. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who may be suffering from back pains due to age, work related issues or just to go in and ensure you're back is properly aligned. I'm now a strong believer in this place and how seeing them occassionally will definately benefit my future. I only wished that 360 Chiropractic can follow me everywhere. You have to stop in to believe!
