At one…read morepoint, my shoulder pain got so bad and I started having numbness and tingling in my fingers and arm that I went to the ER because I was scared and unsure what was happening. They told me I had bulging discs in my neck. I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory and advised to follow up with another provider, but I didn't get much relief. As a busy mom to a teen and a toddler, working full-time and going to school, I really need restful sleep to function and keep up with everything. I saw an ad for Oly Family Chiropractic and decided to give it a try. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly they identified what was going on after doing X-rays and a nerve test. I took a leap of faith, and now on my 9th visit, I've had noticeable improvement especially with the numbness/tingling and my neck pain. Little by little, I'm finally sleeping better and not waking up from pain and nerve symptoms. I've seen other chiropractors before, but Dr. Anthony's approach feels very different more focused on nerves and underlying causes than what I've experienced in the past. They walk you through your treatment plan unique for you. Their process is also very convenient: after the initial visit, you can schedule through their app, check in by scanning your barcode, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.

If something is too good to be true it probably is, they claim to fix any issue or pain you have by doing just one procedure. If you actually want to get better go to a different evidence based chiropractor and see for yourself. It's actually crazy how we fell for this and the number of people still believing this stupidity.

I saw dozens of different specialist/Drs and needless to say had the worst time with the VA. Once I got Kaiser insurance I found Dr Royal. I have had such a hard time getting any doctor to take me seriously because of my onset symptoms at such a young age; I'm now 31. Dr Royal had x-rays done immediately, explained my issues, & knew exactly why I was feeling so much pain. I'm only a few months into my treatment and I have had a 75% improvement. Im not fully there yet but with chronic pain comes longer treatment. I have lost 15 lbs, I'm happier in general, can finally focus at work, & am just a better person for my family. If your second guessing it, don't. This is one of the few golden ones. Go and get the help you have long been awaiting and deserving of. Also, I bring my 7 year old son with me to appts and it's not an issue, all the staff is so nice to him, he throughly enjoys coming with.

He adjusted it and gave me advice on how to take care of it at home and said it'll shape up great. I get a lot of positive affirmations and healing words, which helps me heal right along with the adjustments. I always feel better and have less pain walking out of Olympia Chiropractic Center. So I was really worried about finding a good chiropractor! Only con: adjustments are in an open setting and you don't always get the same chiropractor. Not really enough to do a 4 star, just want to warn for those that wouldn't prefer! I was very impressed with the front desk and the new patient consult. Their technology for the x-ray is awesome! Wild to see how the spine (bad) looks on such a large screen. I'm sure this is typical these days, not used to it of course with my old chiropractor! Haha Overall I really like this clinic and the staff. Unfortunately one of my fav providers left, it's ok though, because I really do like my adjustments by doc Jeff. He's really kind, listens and I feel brand new when I leave! It's not too often I get doc Brian (owner), but when I do he is amazing! His adjustments are so second nature to him, like breast hunt! Haha - He seamlessly does them almost to perfection! I do maintenance only, not the corrective plan they prefer (my opinion) patients to do. Only because even with insurance, it's costly. Though they are flexible with payment arrangements though. If you need a new chiropractor or new to the area like I was when I started, definitely give Bay a try! Oh and they also have a massage therapist there, which is awesome, but the therapist isn't contracted with my plan unfortunately so I've never tried it.

Yesterday, after driving for the first time for a few hours the day prior, my neck and upper back between my shoulder blades was in massive pain. I called my regular chiropractor, but unfortunately they were both closed and I was out of visits approved by the VA. I called this practice needing fairly urgent help, which I got. Despite my not having been to this practice in a handful of years, the quality and expertise remains the same. The adjustment I was provided yesterday was totally without a doubt the best adjustment I've ever had in my entire life, and I've been to a lot of different chiropractors in two different states. I feel so much better today than I did yesterday. It was an adjustment so lovely and enjoyable, I almost needed a cigarette afterwards (joking) while I enjoyed the instant relief from most of what was ailing me at that moment, immensely satisfying! I would give this practice six or even 10 stars if it was possible. They are so good, that, in addition to my other approved visits at a different location I am going to happily pay out of pocket for more future visits from this practice. I hope he stays in the business for many years to come, he is a gift to all who needs chiropractic care, a true miracle worker for this disabled combat veteran. Very professional and friendly, absolutely no regrets here!
