At one…read morepoint, my shoulder pain got so bad and I started having numbness and tingling in my fingers and arm that I went to the ER because I was scared and unsure what was happening. They told me I had bulging discs in my neck. I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory and advised to follow up with another provider, but I didn't get much relief. As a busy mom to a teen and a toddler, working full-time and going to school, I really need restful sleep to function and keep up with everything. I saw an ad for Oly Family Chiropractic and decided to give it a try. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly they identified what was going on after doing X-rays and a nerve test. I took a leap of faith, and now on my 9th visit, I've had noticeable improvement especially with the numbness/tingling and my neck pain. Little by little, I'm finally sleeping better and not waking up from pain and nerve symptoms. I've seen other chiropractors before, but Dr. Anthony's approach feels very different more focused on nerves and underlying causes than what I've experienced in the past. They walk you through your treatment plan unique for you. Their process is also very convenient: after the initial visit, you can schedule through their app, check in by scanning your barcode, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.

It's actually crazy how we fell for this and the number of people still believing this stupidity.

But I started seeing Dr. Wan at Yelm Chiropractic and Massage, and he is amazing. I had been asking for an x-ray of my neck from both my practitioner as well as my former chiropractor, and they refused for some reason. I have had migraines since I was a kid, but recently, I have had them at an overwhelming rate. They are debilitating at times, to say the least. It affects my quality of life. Dr. Wan took an x-ray first visit and found I had some real issues and immediately started a plan to fix my migraines. I have not had one since! I wholeheartedly recommend him!

So I was really worried about finding a good chiropractor! Only con: adjustments are in an open setting and you don't always get the same chiropractor. Not really enough to do a 4 star, just want to warn for those that wouldn't prefer! I was very impressed with the front desk and the new patient consult. Their technology for the x-ray is awesome! Wild to see how the spine (bad) looks on such a large screen. I'm sure this is typical these days, not used to it of course with my old chiropractor! Haha Overall I really like this clinic and the staff. Unfortunately one of my fav providers left, it's ok though, because I really do like my adjustments by doc Jeff. He's really kind, listens and I feel brand new when I leave! It's not too often I get doc Brian (owner), but when I do he is amazing! His adjustments are so second nature to him, like breast hunt! Haha - He seamlessly does them almost to perfection! I do maintenance only, not the corrective plan they prefer (my opinion) patients to do. Only because even with insurance, it's costly. Though they are flexible with payment arrangements though. If you need a new chiropractor or new to the area like I was when I started, definitely give Bay a try! Oh and they also have a massage therapist there, which is awesome, but the therapist isn't contracted with my plan unfortunately so I've never tried it.

It was my first visit to a…read morechiropractor, so I was a little skeptical, but I'd been experiencing nagging lower back pain from sitting at my desk all day and couldn't find a way to stretch it out. After two visits with minimal adjustments and some stretching the pain is gone, and it hasn't come back since (it's been at least three months). What I appreciate about Dr. Lathrop is that he takes his time, doesn't over-prescribe adjustments, and doesn't up-sell to get you to come back for services you don't need. On my first visit he spent an hour asking about my health and habits, watching the way I walk and sit, and feeling my back. Then he stretched my lower back and showed me stretches I could do for self care. The second visit was a follow up. He made one more adjustment and sent me on my way. His goal is to provide you with the tools to keep yourself healthy on your own (if possible), not to get you on a rotating plan of unnecessary visits to make a buck. Finally, he's very aware of your personal space and always asks to to make adjustments, explaining as he goes. I'm not too anxious about that stuff, but it was certainly appreciated. I always felt comfortable in his office. As someone who was nervous about taking that first step in chiropractic medicine, I can highly recommend Dr. Lathrop!

Did a couple of movement tests then said I should go see a doctor. Really got the impression he was inconvenienced and wanted to go to lunch. Then I get a bill from them for $46.80 for basically nothing. He did do some massage of the shoulder the first visit. The doctor appointment was a month out, it was a long month. My well being did not seem to be the top of his list that day. If it was an inconvenience we could have rescheduled that would have been fine.

My first appointment was a consultation, and Dr. Greenlee took images and then sat with me to go over what "normal" would be versus what mine were..lol. I like that Dr. Greenlee adjusts you where and how you need it, rather than just adjusting away at everything. He's given me exercises to continue my progress at home as well as in the office. We took progress images and the difference in my neck posture was so cool to see! Dr. Greenlee listens intently when I bring up new concerns, and he always takes the time to understand and then helps in the right ways. There usually isn't much of a wait at all to get adjusted after my exercises, although I kind of like it when there is because the massage chairs are amazing! I was not able to sleep comfortably so decided to search for a chiropractor in Lacey and I found this one. The introduction video was great and it gets better. I didn't think much when the doctor was talking to me but as soon as I laid on the chiropractor table I began to believe in Dr. "S" healing touch. Dr "S" had ZOOMED in to an area that hit me right in my brain and the pain began to subside. Like most chiropractors they'll pop your back... Dr "S" aimed and pin pointed areas in my back and along my spine that only an X-Ray can see. I've gone back a few times now and every single time my back pain began to ease up. I always look forward to going back and having my back aligned, adjusted and the swelling is begining to ease up. I have to also say that when I wake up in the mornings I don't have that morning headaches that I used to and I'm a lot more energetic than normal. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who may be suffering from back pains due to age, work related issues or just to go in and ensure you're back is properly aligned. I'm now a strong believer in this place and how seeing them occassionally will definately benefit my future. I only wished that 360 Chiropractic can follow me everywhere. You have to stop in to believe!
